I got 14 laying hens that own me.
I miss having my own flock of butt nugget layers. I long to have chickens again.

I absolutely hate eggs but I’m trying to learn to love them. I just don’t know how to cook them.
Try some of these....

Hard boiled eggs were somewhere near the bottom of my fan favorites because of the cooked yolk. Somehow growing on me...
Soft boiled eggs are my favorite. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes and then move them to an ice bath to cool them down quickly. Whites are cooked but the yolk is still runny and delicious. Mmmmmmm.......

This leaves room for some snakes during the day.
I know you meant snacks (or at least I hope you did), but I can't stop imagining someone just sitting there eating snakes throughout the day now. lol

Are there any protein powders or shakes anyone recommends. I haven’t found a powder that I enjoy yet. I have significantly reduced my sugar intake. I purchase no sugar items.
Boba Tea Protein
I LOOOVE boba teas. This company managed to make some boba tea protein powders that taste damn good, don't have a ton of carbs, and their clear fruit teas are delicious too. They get a fair amount of my paychecks. lol

Making homemade paneer is very easy, and quite high protein! Boil then curdle milk, strain, chill, eat!
I am gonna need more info. I love paneer and love making cheese. Feel free to DM me with details if you'd like. Also hello from a STL native who moved away! I miss Imo's so friggin much!
I don't know who all is like me and enjoys savory food more than sweet. Getting a bunch of protein on the go can be a struggle in that case. I did find a company that makes some savory protein powder recently. I have some of their sampler packs to try out, but haven't as of yet. I will report back with how they taste when I give them a go. I am thinking I will put it into some cottage cheese to up the flavor and protein to try.
Meal Boosters
I also usually get the savory hot meals from Huel. Easy to keep a bag or two in my desk at work and all I need is a bowl and hot water to make it. Though they are kinda pricey and I find a bit bland. Nothing a few spices can't perk up.
Huel Hot meals
For all of you on the boiled egg train, have any of you all tried marinated eggs yet? Absolute game changer for me. I can't get enough of them now. Dice up half an onion and some green onions, add in equal parts low sodium soy sauce, rice wine vinegar (I prefer sweet rice wine vinegar for the flavor but you do you), and water. After you boil your eggs, peel them, and then soak them overnight in the marinade. Then down the hatch. Sooooo good. Very similar to the eggs you get with ramen at any decent ramen restaurant.
