Im not trying to change anyone's mind since I dont know you from Adam and your choices will not affect my life. With that being said as new information comes in its usually best practice to absorb it and adjust opinions accordingly.

Am I to assume your new information disproves these 2 medical articles?
Is your contention that we do not need protein to maintain lean mass and it does not help with satiety?
Also, I am not sure you read them, as the G per KG may be closer to your belief.
