Protein suggestions

Are there any protein powders or shakes anyone recommends. I haven’t found a powder that I enjoy yet. I have significantly reduced my sugar intake. I purchase no sugar items.
 
For breakfast I get chobani unflavored non fat greek yogurt and add a flavored protein powder to it. Today I enjoyed a strawberry milkshake protein powder. I throw in 3-4oz blueberries and/or raspberries and I've got 50ish gram protein for under 400 calories. I do enjoy trying different flavored protein powders so I don't get too bored.
 
If drink a fairlife nutrition plan shake from costco every day which gives me 30g a day in a relatively small volume of liquid. I replaced all sorts of snack type foods with their protein packed equivalent. Quest loaded taco chips are pretty good, Quest bake shop donuts are ok, sour built puff bars are a treat, and I eat quite a bit of Love's real beef jerky which is very pricey but its the best imo and just so happens to have 0 sugar. For meals I just yolo it. Whatever sounds good and however much/little I can get down the hatch.
 
I like https://us.myprotein.com/ protein powders. Reasonable prices and a nice variety of flavors. My favorite is the salted caramel.

I like the Dymatize Rich Chocolate. It Tastes like a Frosty to me
 
Egg whites. Egg whites. Egg whites. Lol. Shocked nobody mentioned it. Kirkland 6pack. 13 ish bucks so cheap. Chug half a carton a day 25 grams of protein or the whole thing for 50. Oikos shakes are 30g. Also cheap at Costco. David bars are 28g. Chobani high protein yogurt. Then the rest is beef or chicken. I know what to eat but struggle to get in more than 140g daily.
 
I try to get the 45mg protein shakes when I can, because I am BAD at eating enough. I appreciate all of the ideas. I was eating a lot of eggs before reta but since it gave me Sulfur burps I stopped. Maybe now that I have been on it a while, I am going to start adding them back and see how it goes.
 
I'm five pounds from goal, and trying to build some muscle back up because I sure do miss having an ass and I want Michelle Obama arms. I don't want protein powder, I try not to eat birds, and everything that's not a bird is red meat or fish. I'm eating a reasonable amount of fish plus a lot of fake meat (smart dogs, plant based chicken, and the like.) I'm getting there.

I’m addicted to Fairlife protein shakes. I like all the flavors and all the varieties. My “go to” version is the one at BJs since it’s 30g and 150 calories, so this is the lowest calories with highest protein and I like the taste better than the other versions. But I don’t get to go to BJs as often as I would like and that’s the only place I can find that version.
 
I drink my fair share of WPI, however my favourite protein is a well cooked BBQ Steak. Sliced into thin pieces with a sharp knife . And then the steak is mixed in whatever salad I can muster . Nice way to end the day and never hard to eat.

OMG Loves (Robertsons) beef jerky is the best. I found it 30 years ago when my husband was driving truck. It is the only jerky I will eat. We don't have a Loves anywhere near us now, but when we travel, I stock up on it.
 
Beef and eggs. Bacon/dried meat. Never needed or tried bars nor shakes. If you need portable solution, sardine cans or boiled eggs. Germans sell mett, packaged minced raw pork seasoned with salt and black pepper, very tasty and handy, they eat it for breakfast. You can spread it on bred, with onions. But I like it as it is, though it's great if you add butter.

Pescatarian meeting is every Wednesday. Bring a Subway sandwich and a water bottle. We will be discussing fish sandwich deals, plant-based pizza, and GBs on vegan meats.
