I’d like to lose another 10 pounds so between 182-187. I fluctuate 5 between weighing. Then I’d like to start working on getting back some lost muscle mass.

CONGRATULATIONS on your amazing transformation. You should be proud!DwightTheDelight said:I just hit overweight on the BMI scale and figured it would be a good time to post an update, since I'm not sure how many other people are above the 15mg/week threshold and it might be useful info to some. My doctor recently told me I need to start wrapping this up and slowing down. High dose Tirz has powered a 217lb loss (48%) in the last 500 days with very minimal side effects.
I've worked my way up to 15mg of Tirz every 5 days for the last 8 months and Glp1plotter estimates a peak concentration of 28mg in my system. I've messed around with adding reta and cagri in during this stretch for short segments, but I've been unimpressed. Ungodly amounts of Tirz does the trick for me.
In terms of diet, I've been slowly increasing average calories since January from 1500 to 2100 the past two months. Despite this increase, I'm still losing fairly quickly. High carb, moderate protein, low fat plus a day or two of fasting per month is melting this saggy azz.
I'm going to begin slowly increasing the days between shots to see how I handle it. Also, I've lucked out in regards to loose skin, despite the fast loss, and will only need my lower stomach addressed surgically. Not sure if diet/occasional fasting played a role in that, but I thought I would have more loose skin than I do.
@nonyabizznez still married! Booyah! I had to text her to make sure though... haven't seen her in a while

What’s survo ? What’s ghetto Reta ?Calm Logic said:As you may know, reta is popular among the Meso/bro crowd for maintaining muscle while losing weight. This is because they can eat more on reta.
I wouldn't increase the tirz. I would just wait it out longer or stack with survo.
The problem with switching to reta is very possible/probable weight gain during the switch. That is why I am stacking with survo now. So I am on "ghetto reta" like at least a few others here.
Another option is stacking any GLP with cagri. One problem with cagri is very possible fatigue, which is not good for muscle growth. I haven't tried cagri or reta yet, even though I have both.

Congrats!!DwightTheDelight said:I just hit overweight on the BMI scale and figured it would be a good time to post an update, since I'm not sure how many other people are above the 15mg/week threshold and it might be useful info to some. I'm down with anything says ghetto.... what's good ma boi?Calm Logic said:Survo(dutide) is a GLP that activates GLP-1 and glucagon. There is a survo subforum here for more info about it.
Ghetto reta usually refers to stacking tirz with survo, as the combination hits the same three receptors as reta. Mazdutide with tirz is also seen as ghetto reta for the same reason.
The other reason I like ghetto reta is that the transition to reta may be easier, like helping with lowering the dose of tirz before switching.

BRO! Amazing arms!DwightTheDelight said:Might as well leave a progress photo here too. Anyone who says my face isn't real is just a flat out hater....

ZuZuPetals said:Absolutely incredible work! At what point did you begin shortening the period between doses? Also, I'm surprised by the macros. My knowledge on this is about a mm thick, though. Can you help me understand the rationale behind high carb, moderate protein, and low fat?

After 7 months, I'm on a 100 day plateau and just jumped up to 12.5mg tirz. The way the weight dropped off the first few months, it makes me impatient. "The waiting is the hardest part."

I appreciate the update(s), keep them coming! I just recently entered "overweight" territory (from Obesity 3) and stretched out my 15mg dose to 9 days feeling fine on Day 9. The next week was awful and it felt like the old days to make a long story short. My question is if you're finding a way to manage the feelings/cravings/noise of the old days while stretching out your dose, or if you're still getting the help you need from the med while stretching? I've gained a few pounds and I'm in a bit of a panic. And the fuc*ing holidays don't help. Just went to 15mg at 5 days to recover. Going to do that for a couple of weeks and then move it back to weekly if all goes well. I'm cool with where I'm at (starting to get comments about looking too thin from my family, at 5'7" 185 <insert eyeroll>) but I'd like to drop another 15-20 and most importantly, maintain!!DwightTheDelight said:For anyone who is interested in this thread, I thought I might give a short update.
Still very slowly losing fat while increasing strength - down 235lbs/52% overall loss and nearing a normal BMI for the first time in 13 years, while continuing to my lower my tirz dose frequency.
I'm on brand zep and to avoid any potential insurance objections, I'm still using 15mg shots while just increasing days in-between shots - currently down to one shot every 14 days. I will consider lowering to 12.5mg and beyond soon though.

When you stretch your dose past the half life, your next dose will be less effective because steady state concentration where the peptide works best takes 4 weeks.cldfront said:I appreciate the update(s), keep them coming!
