Im running the math.. would be more than double the max dose which isnt totally absurd considering sema max was 2.5 . Now theyll go up to 7mg i think.

This whole discussion fascinates and challenges me mostly in terms of the carb emphasis. I'm a natural carnivore, applauded the advent of the low-carb hype, but keep reading people saying on GLPs you NEED to maximize carbs, which seems an affront to "diet advice" of the last 20 years. I feel like I put on weight even looking at pasta or bread. Then i read that in the Surmount studies they advised 50% carbs? Gah! Might need to do a study of one, take a week to increase my carbs and see what happens.

You don't need to do anything besides eat less than you burn, honestly. If you like low carb then stick with it. I know some people who love the style of eating, but it's not for me long term. I still rotate it in occasionally to reduce hunger at times though. With that being said, life is more fun with carbs.
