I am an active middle aged man (lifting 3-4 days a week, track foods, Road Bike 70 miles a week, 7-9k steps daily) and I am currently on reta, today is week 5. Since I have been "researching " what might pair best w Reta. I was thinking CJC/IPA but also considering MOTS. The article I just linked did not included MOTS which surprised me.

What have you found increases athletic outputs? For me , I would love increased endurance on my road bike and in the gym. MOTS seems to fit the bill and it is not too expensive.

What do you all think? Thanks !

For me personally, running mots-c every other day and cycling between ss31 and slupp332 days inbetween. I did also run NAD+ but didn't really see any noticeable difference in overall energy.

MOTS cycle, how long? thanks for ur info.

With exercises like cycling, it really depends on your goals, are you aiming to increase mileage and power output, or are you focusing on recovery so you can ride more frequently? I’ll give you a few options!

MOTS-C - Increases muscle glucose uptake and overall energy expenditure.

BPC-157 & TB500 (Wolverine Stack) or use KLOW for added GHK-CU and KPV Benefits: Improved recovery between training sessions and reduced muscle soreness, noticeable reduction in joint aches and inflammation.

If I was to choose any peptide it would be recovery over enhancement when doing longer milage, of course if money is not the issue go with both!

I like ur style ha ! Might just do that, I see almost no side effects to worry about.

From one cyclist to another haha! Enjoy those rides! Our bodies are not making it easier as we age 🙂

I’m a mountain biker, it was how I got myself fit 35 yrs ago. Have stuck with it and started weight lifting about 15 years ago to help correct structural imbalances brought on by too much time in saddle/at a desk.

53 going on 54. Went on TRT about 8 yrs ago, 120mg a week (split dose), HCG .5mg2x/wk. was very happy with this for a long time.

Last year I added tadalafil, and this year Reta, Tesamorelin, and Wolverine blend (bpc 157/TB 500).

Everything has been additive beneficial to both performance, recovery and overall energy. I also have noticed improved flexibility and less stiffness in my neck.

The only issue I have is Max HR elevation due to the Reta (was 181-185, now 205-209). Guidance has been to monitor, but not obsess over it as it is a direct result of the Reta and matches the increase in resting HR I have experienced (49-51 to 65ish). This does have me considering a shift to Tirz, but there is also suggestion that my HR should return to baseline after 6-8month adjustment period.

V02 max is 47, FTP is 250, max wattage is 1354 , sustained wattage of 1050 for 20 seconds (all recorded this past Sunday).

Hope this helps.

Not a peptide but look into bromantane. Great for endurance work. Lowers perceived effort, no jitters or crash. But cant compete in wada tested events.

if elevated HR is not an issue, clen, cialis, ephedra are great for aerobic endurance. And track and pursue SLU-PP-915... Thank me later.

Man I dont know anyone that gets better cardio or endurance from clen. Heart rate peaks, rapid breathing and the muscle cramps that people claim taurine helps, but never met anyone in real life that taurine worked.

Yeah that's true. You don't know me.

Joking aside, during my athletic career, clen was a godsend for so many after ephedrine died along with Mark Vivien Foe. The muscle cramps are usually the result of dehydration-nutrient imbalance. One has to be careful with dosage just like anything else, including bronchodilators, clenbuterol or salbutamol. Now consider HR increase, rapid breathing. In moderation, those are effects of exercise mimetics, which mimic the effect of aerobic exercise.

clenbuterol
Ya, think that is too strong of a substance for my needs but of course, I have heard about it. Great info on this thread to all that have contributed ! Many thanks

Ephedrine is especially great for its stimulating effect but hard on the heart. Clen i wouldnt do. Its not as good and even harder on the heart IMO.

There is also cardarine, not a peptide or an adrenergic receptor agonist but great for endurance output, probably the better than even ephedrine. I wouldnt do it long term but short cycles is fine.

I just wanted to chime in on clen - it has it's place. If you are already low bodyfat and on a deficit, it will preserve some muscle and make the cut more efficient. Low doses of 30 or 40 mcg aren't that bad and the sides are doable. I wouldn't go over 80mcg ever, and don't run it longer than 2 weeks. Tons of people have taken clen with no problems, just have to be careful. Don't take it if you have neurological or cardiac issues. The studies that showed heart apoptis were rodents receiving massive doses. I've had a bottle of 100 30mcg tabs for over 2 years and it's only like half gone.
