Hoping for some insights from you all who have been through this. This is kinda my outline/plans for the next 5ish months.

04/25 (the beginning):

Begin reta at .3/2x weekly

Walk/light jogging 3+ times/weekly

05/25 (ramp up):

Continue .3mg/2x weekly unless absoultely necessary to increase

Focus more on jogging, and working on cardio/breathing/lung capacity and pushing it if possible

Pushups/Crunches/Planks

06/25 (in flow):

Likely have to increase dosage by now, do so accordingly following "Least effective dose" idea

Add weight training; higher rep 15+ per exercise and going for muscle endurance vs trying to put on muscle/add weight

Continue cardio, but wont be pushing as hard as during the ramp up

07/25 (locked):

Dose accordingly/as needed for lease effective dose

MAYBE think about adding in Tesamorelin

Same as previous month, weight training and maintenance type of cardio

08/25 (feeling myself?)

Dose accordingly/as needed for least effective dose

weight training, cardio

run a half marathon or maybe a "Tough Mudder" ? 🤔

what do you all think? EZ PZ?

What's the logic behind this one?

I started with .3 as my first dose to see how I tolerated it. I tolerated and my food noise disappeared....for about 5 days. So after my 6th day I decided I was gonna do it twice weekly. I was told Im placebo'ing myself....I wish the placebo would last longer than 4-5 days and id really be cooking.

started at 262 and I was 238 this morning.

If you lost 24lbs on less than one third of 1mg, (.3 mg) you may be the 2nd Coming of Christ.....or youre at 3mg... either way I salute you .

It's the principle behind the weight training I was interested in.

I feel it's good to add weight training and not just do cardio. Its also my understanding that weight training has been found to help with visceral fat.

Im running under 1k calories daily, usually around 800. also walking/light jogging.....and it's technically .6mg/weekly since im dosing twice weekly. so not walking on water unfortunately lol

I have never seen a salute delivered with more disdain and contemptuous scorn, not even from the gladiators dissing the emperor...sniff...brought tears to my eyes.

Ah, I must clarify. I was wondering about the logic of using light weights at 15 reps.

You never heard of more reps, lighter weight?

personally i think you will go far with your mindset and plan rather than just "up the dose"

i would say tho if you are wanting muscle endurance, one of the fastest ways to get that early on is to get strong. its good that you can do 15 bodyweight squats without stopping. but if you get strong enough to squat, idk generic amount of 315lbs on the bar, then you will be able to do bodyweight squats allday without even trying. plus muscle mass is helpfull in many regards. like total daily energy expenditure TDEE that will help you stay in a calorie deficit. and if you plan to lose a large amount of weight muscle wasting will be a concern even on reta

This is one of those rarer occasions where I was going to say something, and someone beat me to it. This happened to be a case of someone beating me to it and doing it with so much panache, I wonder why bbbilly didnt end his post with Class Dismissed.

I didnt say I was gonna do "light weights at 15 reps." you did. 🫡

No worries, no ill intentions. If a low dose works, it works.... pretty impressive. U ok with the low cal diet? Under 1000 cal seems low, even for a 150 pound person....

lol everything is so subjective with exercise, just like all these peptides, one thing wont work for everyone. they might not even be able to get super strong but have the lactic acid dispersion capability that michael phelps has and can bodyweight squat 1,000 in a row no problem but fail a 225 attempt.

hell ive lifted atleast 3 days a week for 20 years and still look like a beginner. but ive had coworkers start coming with me and within 6 months look like they are training me . just how the cookie crumbles and food for thought for the plan they have clearly done alot of thinking and planning.

and sounds like a great plan as is OP

errr...yeah, you see, that's inherent... As the master expounded above...usually if you do 15 reps, multiple sets, it means the weight was light, barring certain exceptions, of course. That's why I asked. For example, are you aiming for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, plyometrics, etc?

Pin 350mg of test a week for 16 weeks....traps and shoulders will blow up.

precisely the point. phelps is an endurance athlete with barely any muscle mass that can generate anaerobic force worth mentioning. The type 1 fibers phelps had in spades is excellent for his sport..
