After starting grey market GLP-1s I got curious about other peptides.

What didn't work for you?

There are so much hype around different compounds and a lot of success stories but it would be interesting to hear about what others have tried and did not work.

Sema did nothing for me. I had some mild appetite suppression and that was it. I was about to get some Tirz from a compounder and a friend of mine asked if I had heard of Reta. The rest is history. Just hit the 50 lb mark this morning.

Every other peptide I've tried has done something where I can feel at least some effect. I don't really count SS-31 because the effects are so subtle, and at the organelle level, but others feel a clean energy. Mots-C is next in a few weeks.

Sema also did nothing for me, I went to max dose too for several months. The only thing that went down was my bank balance

I didn't feel any effects from Epitalon, but it is possible that it works behind the scenes for anti-aging. I'll continue to take it since I have a whole kit and the price for it is reasonable.

I think I’ve decided to ditch the 5 amino, which isn’t surprising, lots of folks have said they didn’t notice a difference. I’ll keep the NAD since it does seem to give me energy, even before I was doing it alongside 5 amino. That one was noticeable, 5 amino not so much. And I’m tired of daily pins! I think every other day is all I can manage.

Selank just made me tired and gave me a headache.

Tried it first thing in the morning. Quickly grew very tired and after a few hours got a headache. Switched to evenings. Same issue, only now I woke up in the middle of the night with the headache.

Guess that one just isn't for me. Semax, on the other hand, works great.

did you inject it or did you have it via a nasal spray?

injection
I've read quite a few posts from people saying that it didn't do much injected, but they noticed a difference once they tried it via a nasal spray. Considering giving it a try myself in the future

Are you taking it SubQ or IN?

Another one that was underwhelmed by Sema. Really did nothing whereas Tirz I took to straight away.

DSIP did not do anything.

5-amino gave me nothing but a severe migraine.

Epitalon did nothing as far as I can tell. I was doing the Anela protocol at 500mcg for 10 on 20 off. Did 3 cycles and nothing. I think I might try the old protocol of 5-10mg for 20 days and see if that does anything.

Also SLU-PP-332 and 5-amino-1mq hasn't done anything noticeable so far. I take 2-3mg of oral slu and 3mg of subq 5amino. I heard great things about mega-dosing SLU but that seems insanely expensive. I might go up to 5mg of 5amino and if I still don't feel anything, I'm going to throw in the towel on them both.

I do not see KLOW on this list, which makes me laugh because as I've said, so many people are using KLOW to prevent loose skin. We don't actually know if it IS preventing loose skin in any way, because if we don't have loose skin, we don't know if we WOULD have had it if we hadn't used the KLOW. And if we do have some, we don't know if it would have been WORSE without it. And so none of us on it dare stop.

MOTS-C, but maybe I didn't try it long enough.

Epitalon made me feel extremely fatigued and groggy. It made my SO's chronic pain much worse and felt way sicker.
