MOTS-C, but maybe I didn't try it long enough.

Epitalon made me feel extremely fatigued and groggy. It made my SO's chronic pain much worse and felt way sicker.
What Epitalon dosage were you using?

I found the NAD efficacy changed depending on the source. Some I felt nothing, others had a more sustained effect of energy.

I didn't feel any effects from Epitalon, but it is possible that it works behind the scenes for anti-aging. I'll continue to take it since I have a whole kit and the price for it is reasonable.
You will not feel some peptides as they work behind the scene to improve cellular health and overall health. SS-31 is a prime example of this as well as FOX-040.

300 mcg, if I'm calculating right? On a 50 unit syringe, I pulled 3 units.
I used 1mg via IN. If you're older and have brain fog or other issues, a higher dosage is ok. If you're younger and have normal brain function, you may never feel it, but do what you're comfortable with. It still is probably working and it took me a few days to really feel it.

True story. I’ve seen people quit something after 2 months , then retry it later with better structure or source or whatever and suddenly it works.

After starting grey market GLP-1s I got curious about other peptides.

What didn't work for you?

There are so much hype around different compounds and a lot of success stories but it would be interesting to hear about what others have tried and did not work.
Retatrutide did nothing for me! After loosing 25 kilogram on Mounjaro, I switched to Retatrutide, but the foodnoise and appetite came back, and I started to gain weight again!

Then I got grey Tirzepatide because of the price of MJ, and loose another 12 kilogram! From 88 kilogram in may 2025, down to 53 kilogram since december 2025, and keeping my weight with 5mg Tirzepatide and 0,5mg Cagrilintide weekly!

Interested to know what the Cargrilintide does that the Tirz doesn't? Is it just a little extra boost?

I do not see KLOW on this list, which makes me laugh because as I've said, so many people are using KLOW to prevent loose skin. We don't actually know if it IS preventing loose skin in any way, because if we don't have loose skin, we don't know if we WOULD have had it if we hadn't used the KLOW. And if we do have some, we don't know if it would have been WORSE without it. And so none of us on it dare stop.
Having lost weight before and regained, and noticing the difference in before and after with Klow I can say It has definitely made a difference! my legs are still not beautiful, but I am almost at 50lbs loss, and I say it has helped so much!

I also add the raw powder dissolved in water to lotion and apply externally..Hedging my bets.

I keep meaning to try that out. I have so many hobbies, there's always like fourteen things that Ima do when I get around to them. 😀

GHK-Cu. No skin benefits at all or anything else. It is just a literal pain in my ass and that's it. Still have 1.5 kits left and will wind up tossing it even though I hate being wasteful.

Try mixing into to your favourite face serum instead . This way you don’t get to be wasteful, you don’t get the pain, and hopefully you see some results 🤣

How long did you do it for?

Donating blood (power red, a double red cell donation) harmonized my skin complexion more than anything else so far (the morning after), compared to topical GHK-Cu and IM/subq glutathione. But I also injected glutathione again, right after donating. So now I have my own protocol based on a coincidence:

1) Electrolytes every day

2) Korean glutathione by IM/subq

3) Blood donation as often as possible

The ones I’ve tried and won’t purchase again due to no noticeable difference are DSIP, Epitalon, and likely SS-31. My deep sleep still sucks and I didn’t feel an energy increase from SS-31, but maybe it helped in a way I didn’t feel.
