Given you have had strong positive effects rather than side effects from a low dose, you probably cannot rely on other peoples doses or schedules to guide your dosing. Responses to these medications is quite individual and variable. It is super early but it certainly sounds like you are quite sensitive to its effects on reducing hunger, and as you are not describing adverse effects, without nausea etc. So not extra sensitive to side effects. This means you are lucky to have that combination, and it is a promising sign. If the degree of hunger control is fine, as in you are not forcing yourself to eat less than you feel like, and you are losing weight, you do not need to increase doses. The odds are that at some point you will probably have to a bit. I do not believe there is any evidence of tolerance to their effects in causing weight loss long term, but there is definitely some tolerance or adaptation occurring in the first few months of starting treatment, so if you find yourself getting more hungry or stop losing weight up the dose then. I think most people are better off on the standard doses overall, but if it is working fine at a low dose it is working fine. But increase doses based on weight and hunger and decrease them if side effects become a problem.
This advice would be a bit different if you were older , had severe obesity ( bmi over 35 ), or obesity related health problems. In that case slowly increasing doses towards the standard 15mg is probably a better idea for long term health benefits.
