The biggest thing I noticed, was food noise diminished.
Also my constant craving for chocolate and sweet things just vanished.
Have not had much of anything sweet for months. I do very occasionally have a little something.
But find I can have a much smaller portion before being satisfied.

Edit. I should add this on Reta 500mcg 3 x a week.
