I just found my selection of high grade pasta from Italy while looking for aluminium foil to keep my steaks warm. Then it came to me. I haven't had pasta with self made pesto since I started my journey on Tirz.

What's would be your answer if I ask you?

Cheeseburger, Chicken Fried Steak, Fried Chicken, Candy, wow..it is a long list.

Did have bacon for first time in 6 months, was nice, felt a bit greasy though after strict diet.

During weight loss, I pretty much stopped eating anything sugary.

Now that I'm in maintenance, I eat the same things I was before, but smaller portions

Same. I used to be an addict, crushing pints on an almost nightly basis. A few weeks after I started tirz back in August I grabbed a cone while walking by the local shop and ended up giving most to my dog. Haven't touched the stuff since.

Honestly nothing really, I did eat pretty healthy before tirz and I have a cheat meal once in a while, it's honestly just my portions which have gone down. If I had to answer I would say candy although I still have a piece or two once in a while.

If I had to answer I would say candy although I still have a piece or two once in a while.

I buy sugar free hard candy by the pound. No problems with constipation but two crowns in less than a year is the trade-off!
