Hi guys!

I have been doing some experimenting recently with my stacking. Reta and Tirz for WLs and going great (I find the combo helps, don't judge..).

Ordered and going to add MT2, NAD, GHKcu and cagri (suppression sometimes is up and down, but don't want to increase my dose of GLPs). Thoughts? is it too much, am i taking it too far? I fear I am falling down the whole looksmaxxing pipeline recently....

MT2 has a lot of nasty sides for many folks. You're already taking Reta and Tirz and you want to add more appetite suppression from Cagri and MT2? Do you want to eat at all? It feels like way too much. Regardless, it's never a good idea to try multiple new things at the same time. If you do and you have a reaction, you have no idea what caused it.

I do have an issue and obsession with weight loss. I am still fat though so it just consumes my mind - like my mentality doesnt match my physical its strange. My post was badly written - wouldnt try them all at once in one day thats begging for trouble. will do test tiny doses for each.

It reads like you're enjoying the hobby of injecting peptides... not uncommon, but not particularly productive towards your stated goal.

If your goal is to lose another 50 pounds, and you obsess with weightloss, I'd focus on things that work towards that goal.

What lead you to stacking Tirz and Reta? 10mg of Tirz is in the therapeutic range, 5mg of Reta typically isn't.

I'm currently stacking or bridging them as well; I'm moving from Tirz to Reta with current accumulated levels at 2.25mg TIrz falling/7.5mg Reta peaking. I'm switching Reta to add the GCGR signaling for the presumptive base metabolic rate boost over the GLP/GIP of Tirz for another factor tipped in my favor. 6-8mg/week is commonly where it seems Reta reaches therapeutic range.

Thank you for your insight - it is very helpful.

Please explain therapeutic range for reta. I sort of know what you mean, do you suggest that upping my dose and playing around with the dosing im doing could be a better next step than the cagri? So are you on 7.5mg PW or is that your accumulated overall rate?

“Therapeutic range: The dose or blood-concentration range at which a treatment produces the intended clinical benefit with an acceptable level of side effects, balancing efficacy against toxicity.”

Phase 2 data suggests 4mg/week is the starting therapeutic range with 8mg showing ~33% higher loss compared to 4, and 12mg only showing a 6% higher loss compared to 8mg. That suggests a therapeutic range of 4mg+/week being therapeutic, and demolishing returns over ~8mg/week. In my head I split the middle and for myself consider 6mg+ to be therapeutic, higher doses typically have better losses but are limited by side effects.

Some of my goals include sustainable fat loss, lean mass preservation, and a general timeline I’d like to achieve it. I have cagri, tirz, and reta on hand for weight loss assistance (I have options). My plan centers around reta because it appears to be the most efficient way to get where I want to be, based on current knowledge and observations. If side effects cause problems (zero so far), I’ll reweigh my options and adjust accordingly.

For now my plan is to get my average exposure to ~7.5-10mg/week, which is the average steady state for ~6-8mg/week. That means tolerating peaks to 9-14.5mg depending on dosage frequency.

My current stage of my current plan involves getting off Tirz as Reta takes over intake control. It is not in the plan to take cagri, unless the situation changes. Lean mass preservation requires calories and effort. Appetite suppression and food noise control is my goal, not obliterating my desire and ability to eat. Through that I can make better decisions about when, what, and why I eat, which promotes sustainability.
