I would be interested in hearing what peps not only helped inflamamtion, but potentially can heal some of the issues with joint pain, arthritis, etc.

Due to a combination of hypermobility, Lyme, autoimmune thyroid disease, my joints are all a wreck. I have to take numerous steps throughout the day to minimize flare-ups or injury.

I saw that some GLPs can contribute to heaing OA, and would love more info or experience on using these for joint issues. Currently, I'm using BPC 157 and KPV, which has significantly reduced inflammation in my hips and back, and given me a little more wiggle room (pun intended) to move more freely.

I have read Tirz has helped a lot of people with pain & inflammation. I too have hypermobility, Lyme, & autoimmune thyroid disease (hashimotos). Nothing before has let me loose weight at all. Has anything worked for you?

Oh dear, I'm sorry you are dealing with all that, too. All those conditions seem to cancel each other out when it comes to trying new treatments and therapies.

Bio-identical progester0ne cream and a natural T-cell regulator have really helped with weight stability, fatigue, and reducing some of the chronic joint pain. I wouldn't say I am losing weight, but I'm not fluctuating so dramatically.

I eat super clean, and focus on lower carb vegetables and fruits (but not too low, because that seems to stress the thyroid out a lot). But I can't exercise consistently due to the combined effects of all the above conditions.

Someone recently said something about sema being found to address osteoarthritis, which is what made me start this thread. I would wonder if weight loss would be sustained even after stopping sema? I think it would be really discouraging for it to all come back.

Thank you! Been to so many Drs & tried so many things they gave me.

Ive tried the pills but my new Dr said that can increase PMDD I don't know. I haven't tried a natural T-cell regulator before & no Dr has mentioned that ever. several did say fibromyalgia here take these antidepressants (that I already said I cant take).

We cook everything & I eat pretty healthy, not perfect, drink water (other than coffee) cooked meat & veggies, small amount of rice. I feel really sick nauseous & dizzy if I go too low carb or too high fat (keto style). Lately been eating salads add romaine, arugula fresh spinach 1/2 small apple for crunch & 1-2T toasted chopped almonds or pecans (homemade dressings w mostly vinegar as highest%) & I gained like 3lbs. Cant wait for the Tirz to arrive hoping it will help with the pain & finally loose some weight!! 🙂

Ive heard you might need to stay on whichever you choose. I am just thinking of it as something my body needs to function properly. If it helps with the pain & weight I'm going to want to keep feeling good.

I've already read a lot of posts where people say tirz is the best of all 3 they tried for pain, inflammation, etc

Did you try Tirz or Reta yet?

Good old fashioned human growth hormone (HGH) has been one of the most powerful additions to boost recovery, improve mobility, and deliver a huge cascade of additional benefits.

Some people do experience joint pain though IMO as long as you start low, titrate up responsibly, and use common supporting ancillaries most people are likely to see improvement rather than degradation especually within normal performance optimization dosage thresholds.

The T cell balance I take is available OTC, if you are interested. It's called T-Cell Balance by Restorative Formulations. It works great for some (me) but doesn't do much for toehrs, as is the case with basically any medication or supplement.

And I totally had the same reactions to too low carb/high fat. I did carnivore as a reset for 3 months, but it taxed my thyroid and other hormones really bad. For oxalates, I do have to stay off any raw or fresh vegetables, epecially greens :/

I woiuld love to hear about your experience with Tirz!

Thank you! Im going to look into that. I read up on everything I take.

How do the raw veggies affect you?

Sure, I will share with you & let you know once I try it. I have some on the way, so I will give it some time & let you know 🙂

I can't speak to the joints, but my wife is autoimmune hypothyroid and she lost over 100 lbs. on Tirz after unsuccessfully trying for decades to lose weight.

I get bad oxalate symptoms from raw veggies, particularly sharp pain in the toe and finger joints.

PPS/Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium. I do Telehealth with a Longevity Dr. 2-3X a year and he orders it through a Compound Pharmacy for me. I could type all day about this stuff, It's in stage III trials now, US & Australia and hopefully will be coming to market in 2027. It's a SubQ injectable, you do 6-8 weeks 2X a week for a loading dose and do this once a year. I actually stay on it, as what it does for my Arthritis. Some people get it online, others local Farmers supply store. Race Horses have had it forever and dogs have had it for a while now, my dog is on it through the local Vet with a Rx. If you Google it, it will come up as a Bladder medication which it is. That's not what I'm talking about there, cause it's been repurposed for OA. I pay about 1K a year, I can't take regular Nsaids cause of weight loss surgery. I like this video and how it explains it, I have no association with this Gentleman and his practice.

MODS Hopefully ok to link this, since I'm still new?

I'd love to see some more responses to this question. I would like to be able to make a recommendation to someone who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis.

I've had these recommendations:

Tirz

KPV

BPC-157

TB-500

VIP
I'm interested too, I have immediate family with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The last 1.5 years on Mounjaro has helped maybe 20-30% reduction in inflammation to this date, after being diagnosed 5 years ago with RA. They have been interested in peptides and just finally talked them into trying the wolverine stack and maybe some KPV, starting here pretty soon.

That's really interesting to know. My question would be for someone who doesn't necessarily need the weight loss (not that I wouldn't always like to lose 10 lbs), would taking those have any unintended side effects?

What I want to know and need to research is if any permanent repair is being done to joints and/or injury. As I mentioned, BPC and KPV have been wonderful with reducing inflammation, but will that wear off if I stop using?

I don't mind being on them for life, but there's always the possibility of losing access to them, for one reason or another.

I've done enough (not to brag 😉 BPC, TB, KPV to feel like you're not going to overdo it to much to hurt yourself. Tirz, certainly you could dose to much and end up the Hospital. VIP, is where I read of a couple cases (Reddit mind you) where there Blood Pressure tanked on them and they had a bad day, where I think one ended up in the ER.

When I stop taking them, I notice it. I'll be honest I take alot of Rx medz and supplements for pain, muscle spasms, neuropathy, etc. I have 2-3 pending surgeries in my near future and I'm better on the peptides, than off of them. The PPS I mentioned earlier, for my OA is the big hitter of the bunch. Most people probably don't need that stuff, but since I can't take Nsaids it's a big help. The BPC, TB, KPV simply speed up the repair process and depending on the individual, you certainly could go off of them. Let them go out of your system for a few weeks, see if you can tell the difference. You know how you used to feel, ? is how much will it help you to remember going off of them.

Yes, I'll stop for a few weeks after I go through these vials and see how things go. I've been able to exercise and move a lot more, which is amazing.

I don't take NSAIDS either, so this has been my own real anti-inflammatory/pain med.

So did you find or would there be a therapeutic dose of Tirzeptitide that wouldn't cause weight loss? Does that question make sense?

A who person doesn't need to lose weight but a large enough dose for RA relief.

I guess it would be just an exercise in experimenting but your experience might give a baseline.
