Alot of people have found a Therapeutic dose of Tirz, it's what you need it to be. It seems for most people I've read about it's 1.5mg to 4mg a week. Everyone will be a little different, I use 1mg Tirz & Reta each and it keeps me between the rails for the most part. Mind you I've lost about 400lbs (150 with GLP-1's) so I got a thing for FOOD!mtomm said:So did you find or would there be a therapeutic dose of Tirzeptitide that wouldn't cause weight loss? Does that question make sense?
A who person doesn't need to lose weight but a large enough dose for RA relief.
I guess it would be just an exercise in experimenting but your experience might give a baseline.
RA is a different animal, I have immediate family with it and it has helped them get some relief from it. They take it for Diabetes and in that regard it has been fantastic for it and for the weight loss as well. I've been checked for RA, but came up ok. My Arthritic load is substantial though, I've only experienced very mild relief from it myself and before I got on the Pentosan. I tried the Semaglutide for 10 weeks, for my OA at the starting dose and couldn't handle the Heartburn. This is where maybe trying the Semaglutide, might be worth a try as well for RA relief as you got nothing to lose there. Someone could try a 12 week trial of each and titrate up as tolerated without losing to much weight if they were already at a good weight.
