I use 40 mcg 5 days on and 2 days off. Monday, Wednesday, Friday I pin IM bilaterally in the target muscle group. Tuesday and Thursday I pin sub q in the abdomen. I reconstitute the vial with an acetic acid solution. I will draw the dosage into the syringe and add sterile Water to dilute the acid. I just learned to only use a small amount of sterile water or it burns like hell. For some reason adding 15 units of sterile water does not burn But adding 50 units of sterile water burns like hell. That's the opposite of what I would have thought. AI suggested less and it was right.

IGF1-lr3 works great!! Definite muscle size and strength gains. That being said a pill would be so much easier. Too bad it's not real!!

I also read somewhere that the benzyl alcohol in Bacteriostatic water will react quickly with the lr3. That's why I use sterile water.

ok I think the muscle building one I read about was pemvidutide, it mimics exercise.

another one called Trevogrumab. There's currently a US clinical trial called Regeneron's COURAGE trial with semaglutide if anyone is interested in getting paid to take glp1s.

Pemvidutide is NOT a muscle building one. It's a dual agonist of GLP1 and Glucagon.

I suspect it’s only “muscle sparing” because they measured body composition with MRIs and are comparing to other drugs’ DEXA scans. That’s basically an apples to oranges comparison, they’re not measuring the same thing.

I get nervous about how desperate it seems they're getting to have that 0.001% edge over each other. I'm glad tirz is working for me, because everything I know about corporations under pressure to make a billion dollars whispers that somebody's gonna push SOMETHING through that hurts people eventually. It's not tirz, and I doubt it's reta, but I believe it'll be SOMETHING, and it's so important to me not to be holding the early-adopter bag when that happens.

Totally agree.. we're chasing the incremental increase, but for most people, they won't need the most powerful strongest drug there is.

I am surprised hearing this about the UBT251 - the first outcome of their phase 3 trials showed it was behind Reta, which is one of the reasons their share price hasn't performed very well. In saying that, they're gone down so much they are kind like what Rollys Royce were a year ago - share price is so low it's a low regret spend.

The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited and Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO) reported Wednesday topline data from a phase 2 trial in China showing that UBT251, a triple receptor agonist.

Semaglutide is a key ingredient in the famed Wegovy and Ozempic.

UBT251 is designed to challenge Eli Lilly & Co.'s ‘Triple G' obesity drug, retatrutide, which has already shown promising weight loss results.

The once-weekly injectable UBT251 targets GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, positioning it within a growing class of multi-agonist therapies. The candidate is being co-developed by United Bio-Technology and Novo Nordisk (NVO) under a March 2025 agreement.

Under the collaboration, United Biotechnology leads development across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, while Novo Nordisk (NVO) oversees global markets.

In the 24-week study, patients receiving UBT251 achieved a maximum mean HbA1c (blood sugar) reduction of 2.16% from a baseline of 8.12%.

This compares with a 1.77% reduction for semaglutide 1 mg and 0.66% for placebo.

Weight loss outcomes also favored UBT251.

From a baseline weight of 80.1 kg, patients saw reductions of up to 9.8%, versus 4.8% with semaglutide and 1.4% with placebo.

Beyond glycemic control and weight, UBT251 demonstrated improvements in waist circumference, blood pressure and lipid levels compared with placebo.

Novo Nordisk (NVO) has already initiated a global phase 1b/2a trial evaluating UBT251 in overweight participants, with results expected in 2027.

The company plans to begin a global phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes in the second half of 2026.

United Biotechnology intends to advance the program locally, with plans to launch two phase 3 trials in Chinese patients.

Detailed data from the current study will be presented at a medical conference later this year.
