I want to drop 30lbs to go from 196lbs (88 kilo) to 175lbs (79 kilo). I’m 5’ 10” and have a pear shaped waist. I’m not super active and sit at a desk most of the day.
I have some residual muscle from working out 10 years ago.
I have researched quite a bit and feel that Reta is the way to go. I am concerned about losing too much weight too quickly and plan to ramp up very slowly to alleviate potential GI issues. My main concern is losing muscle mass, are there any things you would stack this with based on my goals and status?
I also plan to start ghk-cu to help with thinning hair and sun damaged skin. What’s the consensus on doing Reta and GHK-cu?
