And today was a light day. BPC, TB, and TESA/IPA blend. I don't know how the peeps pinning 2-3x that daily along with a stack of supplements stay motivated to do it.

I don't mind the quick ones that much but have gone over to collecting more than one in a syringe where reasonable. Ipa/CJC seem predestined for that, but sometimes I just ad all in one to make it go faster....PAPoots said:And today was a light day. BPC, TB, and TESA/IPA blend. I couldn't agree anymore. I gave up on GHK after 2 months of pinning every morningmiss-sanne said:Oh man, I hear you, I'm so bored ! I'm soooo over reconstitution, filtering, injecting...
I'm constantly 1 day behind my schedule, because it's so incredibly boring.
I am at my almost goal weight, so that makes me less interested in pinning.
So 'glad' I have 7-8 years worth of peps.![]()

I had bariatric surgery back in 2021 (wish Tirz was on the menu back then) which was extreme and left me with a permanent malabsorption component, so daily vitamin and supplements are a must if I want to stay out of the hospital.

And another vote here. Besides making it easy, it hurts less without the needle being blunted from the vial (I am a big baby).cheaperseeker said:Another vote for injection pens.

Biliopancreatic Duodenal Swith/DS and it almost killed me when we found out regular multi vitamins and supplements weren't enough, I wasn't absorbing Thiamine, regardless of protein intake. Developed Wernicke's Encephalopathy and wound up in ICU for several days.RubbaDubba1 said:RNY or DS? I had VSG 17 years ago.
