Hey guys,
my mom just had hip surgery and is also struggling with significant arthritis in her knee. I really think she could benefit from a recovery protocol, but I’m unsure about how to bring it up.
For those who have recommended peps to parents or non "biohacking" friends:
How did you start the conversation? Did you focus on the science or more the results/benefits? Just in general.. how?
I know my mom trusts what I say, she's also happy to take recommendations when it comes to diet changes and supplements. But with peps I feel it's slightly different. She definitely won't be doing her own research, so how do I handle the risk vs. reward part of the conversation, without scaring her too much about side effects or being irresponsible?
Thanks!
