I'm 3 weeks in, only 4lbs down. My appetite is pretty much in check. I eat almonds or other small proteins for lunch and really small dinner. I'm hoping to see the scale moving more soon. Trying to be patient, lol. I know slow is better, that's why I'm adding other peps. In hopes of helping the skin out. I weigh 148 as of this am. My goal is 120....seems unreachable sometimes. If I even get to 125 I'll be happy.
You will definitely get there! I started at 148lbs and am now in the 121-122 range depending on the day. I’m 63 - it took me from last July until December-ish to lose the weight. Ran into major hair loss issues so I’m taking Nutrofol along with lots of vitamins that help promote hair growth, and running Klow for the past month or so. I finally think the hair shed has almost stopped and really hoping the growth kicks in quickly! I’m noticing my face looks brighter and better too. Best wishes to you!

Anybody else having sleep problems? I can't seem to regulate. I either can't get to sleep or I sleep for 10 hours. I've always had insomnia and I take nightly meds for it. I'm retired but I try to stay on a schedule close to my husband and the rest of the world. Last night it was after midnight before I fell asleep and didn't wake up till 10am. It's not super important but it's bothering me.

Thank you, congrats on your success. I just ordered klow, gonna rotate that in. My hair is already thin so anything helps at this point.

I had terrible sleep issues. I did ipamorelin, then ipamorelin with sermorelin, then sermorelin with Cjc buffered. Sleeping well, waking less, not waking up after an hour wide awake, and falling asleep isnt hours. I have done several peptides inbetween, but I believe those have been the ones that helped with sleep, still doing Cjc and sermorelin (tirz, and then nad and klow a few times a week.)

I guess I gotta admit my whoops somewhere. Might as well be here. Yesterday I didn't do my usual as far as food. Had a fairlife shake in the morning instead of my usual smoothie. Got busy and didn't have lunch. Had a salad for dinner but didn't finish it. Woke up this morning to phone calls so I drank coffee and didn't do a smoothie again. Before I know it, it's 2pm and I haven't eaten.

I got up from the couch/computer and almost passed out. Hands shaking, headache and dizzy. I'm sitting here now having a late smoothie and an electrolite drink. Lesson learned. I could do that before GLP1's and it didn't mess with me. I don't have as much in reserve as I used to so I have to eat and get nutrition.

I absolutely got my hand (and almost my head) smacked for being a dumbass

That blood sugar drop is no joke. Glad you're ok and getting in your nutrition and hydration.

I’ve had the same thing happen. I was very worried, but this is america, where we chance dying to not have to pay to see a dr, ambulance or the er.

LOL my feet are cold too! I make hot/cold therapy bags that are filled with dry white rice. Throw it in the microwave for 1 minute and place it between my feet under the covers. I get uneasy falling asleep with a electric heating pad—so the heated rice bag is a win for me!
Oh dear women problems! My wife gets cold feet and she is not even doing the skinny shots

Hi ladies, I'm 53 and rocking the hot flashes. I am currently on Tirz, NAD+ and oral minoxidil. Haven't been on long enough to feel any different yet, but already researching other peps to rotate in. Looking hard at the SNAP8, I may go ahead and pull the trigger on that. Tirz has me so fatigued, I may do a switch to Reta.
I lived in a duplex on Bay Street in Green Cove for two years 98/99! Loved going to the spring fed pool! Other than that, I've been in St. Augustine!

Loved reading your stories!

54 yr old full menopause since Nov 2020

Started full HRT 2024

Started Compound Tirz April 2025

Have used Sermorelin

Currently using Ipamorelin, KLOW, Glutathione,Tirz

I'm microdosing the Tirz at 1 mg once a week. I've hit my goal of 145 which is higher than any chart would tell you I should be at 5'3" but all through my late 30s, 40s, earlier 50s I weighed a muscular 140 and I know the 145 is a doable weight for me. I'm still on the 1 mg dose and will keep it there til maybe forever? I can definitely out eat this dose if I wanted to and can still drink with no ill effects, so I'm being conscious about my nutrition...really just getting back into everything I used to do. Limit the drinking (it ramped up a lot from 2020 to 2025), make my protein packed green smoothies every day, take my vitamins, quit with all the junk food and pizza nights, etc.

Due to an injury in 2019, I'd quit working out, then Covid and menopause and I got up to 170. Started doing gentle yoga and pilates in 2023 and am hoping to add regular weightlifing back in soon, but definitely dragging my heels as that's when the aches n pains come back.

I've always had loose skin genetically and my thigh skin is the worst. I'm planning to start DIY microneedling in Feb. to hopefully address it a bit. I'd love to graduate to DIY threads eventually. I've been on the KLOW for about 3 months now and not convinced I'm seeing that much of difference with anything...back pain, shoulder pain, skin were my reasons for starting. I'm going for another three months but disappointed so far.

The glutathione I've only been on two weeks. Started slow with 200mg 3x week/400 mg 3x week and week I'll do 600mg 2x a week and then hopefully do 1200mg once a week from there. Mainly hoping for the skin benefits, I have a lot of hyperpigmentation and rosacea.

The sermorelin was good, love the sleep. Switched to the Ipa just to see and love it too. The HRT had already helped with sleep but these guys are amazing.

NAD+, Selank, Semax, cerebrolysin are in my sights. I also had ADHD diagnosed after menopause and, in hindsight, can see it was there all along. Taking off label Wellbutrin for it rn.

Welcome! You might be my favorite lab rat so far. All the things you're trying that I'm too nervous to get into yet. I was wondering about sermorelin for sleep since mine has been so erratic lately.

Oooh been there, done that. I have a glucometer from my keto days. Felt really terrible after a couple days of work travel and crappy/minimal eating. Pulled that baby out and my glucose was 47 mg/dL. For those of you that don't know, that's dangerously low (normal = 90-110 mg/dL) I still don't eat breakfast but throw a protein/collagen scoop in my morning coffee and I've found that smooths out the blood sugar lows for me. Be careful out there!

I felt like the Sermorelin was the perfect next pep after the GLP 1!
