My wife has started GHK-Cu currently on 1mg per day 5 days on 2 days off.

Currently in her first 5 days.

My question is this.

How long until she should go up to 2mg per day.

How long should she cycle on and off.

And when she recycles back on should she just continue with 2mg where she left off.

I pin 2 mg daily no cycle. I have been doing it over a year now.
 
Protocols are shaped by individual practice, no single approach will suit everyone. I can offer suggestions:

1–2.5 mg per day, taken daily. Some choose 5 days per week to save money, though there’s no clear evidence that taking two days off provides added benefit. This can be cycled for 8–12 weeks followed by a 4 week break. For many, around 2 mg is considered the “sweet spot,” though if cost isn’t a concern, continuous use is also often preferred.

I intended to cycle off to GHK-B after running a course of Cu.

I started at 1mg for 3 weeks then 1.5mg for 3 weeks then 2mg. Now testing at 2mg. I haven't taken a break. I ran two vials of Cu then started a vial of Basic. After 10 days, I noticed a meaningful difference without Cu. I am now testing GHK-Cu and Basic 1:1. No ISR. Works like a charm for my needs.

Everyone's needs and bodies are different. What works for one may not work for another.

I started from an existing protocol.

So you aren't cycling on and off?

Like 30 days on 14 off or 5 and 2

This is what I've been doing. I led into it with 1mg/day for a week, then upped to 2mg. 100mg vial, I did 50 days straight. I'm about to head out on another travel adventure for 80 days, so was thinking of stopping for those 80 as a break, then resuming.

I chose to start a GHK-Cu protocol due to the turkey neck I was developing from losing 40lbs in a hurry. I believe it has helped a lot. However, I also do a skin scrub with abrasive pad, micro-needle 0.2mm, and GHK-Cu topical 2-3x a week. Which is causing the positive results? I'm guessing a little Column A, a little Column B.

What are the differences in results from CU vs Basic?

You can stay on a decent dose 1-2mg for extended periods of time, several months or longer. If you do that or dose higher 3-5mg for a shorter period of time, look at taking a zinc supplement

Whats your experience/results?

I use GHK topically on my face, and its worked better than Retin-A no joke, but my face is really the only place i care about its effects, ive always figured using it systemically would be useless, would be curious to hear your thoughts.

Wow, so then I will not be trying Basic!
 
I've started my wife on 1mg a day for 30 days on and 30 off.

She will go up to 2mg next week.

She is also on something called forceval which is a huge multivitamin tablet and already has 2mg of copper and also 2mg zinc.

So I've decided that she will stick on 2mg as top level recommended is a total of 5mg.

She has so far reported faster nail growth and lower pain levels.

No ill effects 👍🏻
 
I read somewhere the upper limit is 7mg/ day. Benefits in skin/ hair texture take time to build up. With 1mg noticeable differences are around 7 to 8 weeks. 2~4 mg will be a sweet spot. Also zinc supplement helps the body absorb copper.
