There seems to be a lot of inconsistencies in the idea of supplementing with zinc on a Cu cycle. I take zinc every few days. Cu is 2mg/day. Love it.Rickcaps said:I read somewhere the upper limit is 7mg/ day. Benefits in skin/ hair texture take time to build up. With 1mg noticeable differences are around 7 to 8 weeks. 2~4 mg will be a sweet spot. Also zinc supplement helps the body absorb copper.
