"goodies" PW

This may be a dumb question, but does this just use the tip of a regular insulin syringe or do you have to use a special syringe?

I’m not one to be overly critical, especially on this forum, but the amount of handholding 3 of us have done on this one website is above and beyond what should be expected for someone engaging in this market. I’m chalking this one up to “we tried.”

Yes, just buy the insulin needles (not the full syringes). There are a variety of gauges and lengths to choose from. They are readily available on Amazon without an Rx (unless you live in a state that restricts shipments of syringes).

Any thoughts on how does the Gansulin pen compare to the HumaPen Savvio which I've also been looking at?

I much prefer the Gansulin/Convipen over the Savvio.

For the needle for the pen? You just use pen needles, as short as 4 mm.
The great thing is that they're cheap, small, and sharp (since you don't have to puncture anything extra. The annoying is that you have to fill a cart, but if you're filtering that's already a step you're taking. Also, they're easy to use and look nice(r than having a bunch of syringes laying around).

I tested my Gansulin pen as soon as it arrived! It’s not 100% accurate. It’s got ~ 90% precision.

I'd agree , mine was perhaps closer to 100% but i didn't use a calibrated testing process.

I'm very happy with this pen , some say it's expensive, but considering the overall savings it's all swings and round abouts .

I picked. Up my Gansulin pen from aliexpress, took a few weeks and probably paid above market rates , but it was easy this way. For my money it's been worth it .

Appalled at the cost of shipping to California, I balked at purchasing from Ali

I’ve purchased 2 from gansulin.com and was legit. Took about 3 weeks for delivery though

I have 4 different auto injector pens and can I say gansulin is my absolute favourite
