This may be a dumb question, but does this just use the tip of a regular insulin syringe or do you have to use a special syringe?
I’m not one to be overly critical, especially on this forum, but the amount of handholding 3 of us have done on this one website is above and beyond what should be expected for someone engaging in this market. I’m chalking this one up to “we tried.”IshimaruKenta said:
Yes, just buy the insulin needles (not the full syringes). There are a variety of gauges and lengths to choose from. They are readily available on Amazon without an Rx (unless you live in a state that restricts shipments of syringes).zootielolo said:

The great thing is that they're cheap, small, and sharp (since you don't have to puncture anything extra. The annoying is that you have to fill a cart, but if you're filtering that's already a step you're taking. I picked. Up my Gansulin pen from aliexpress, took a few weeks and probably paid above market rates , but it was easy this way. For my money it's been worth it .
