I had seen that it was cycled every 10 or 20 days based on the dosage, I too, fall asleep immediately, but I wake up many times and I would like to try itCandyCap said:Not on Reta, but my sleep was disturbed from Tirz (as well as being one of those people who constantly wake up)
Hubby and I both do 1mg every 2-3 days. We both are happily sleeping all night. I could not tell you the last time I slept through the night, prior to epithalon.
We are definitely keeping this one around for the long haul.

off topic kinda; my wife wakes several times and has problems falling back asleep, but last night I had her use 250mg Honokiol (Hono-pure Brand) and she told me this morning that although she woke up a few times, she fell right back asleep. Either way, it's a good compound to add.vale113 said:I had seen that it was cycled every 10 or 20 days based on the dosage, I too, fall asleep immediately, but I wake up many times and I would like to try it
We chose not to cycle it. Our goal was sleep. Any other benefits were just a bonus. My understanding is that it does not burn out receptors, like many peps do.vale113 said:I had seen that it was cycled every 10 or 20 days based on the dosage, I too, fall asleep immediately, but I wake up many times and I would like to try it
Dos-Dox said:There are a variety of dosages recommended across the different sites and forums, usually 100 mcg-2 mg daily for 10-20 days/month. I’ve been doing 0.5 mg/daily of the NA Epi Amidate for only 8 days now and haven’t noticed a big impact yet. I normally get 0-12 minutes of deep sleep each night and 1 night I showed 54 minutes of deep sleep and got pretty excited. But then it was back to

I bookmarked a couple of dosing sites. It's best to have a few on hand when trying new peptides, as some are based on legitimate research that they cite and link to (high quality), others use old/outdated research, and some just say "DO THIS" without any explanation and/or justification (low quality). If I find differences/discrepancies between my favorite dosing sites, I then turn to AI and try to figure out WHY there is a discrepancy. If both my sites are giving me duplicate info, I feel more confident in moving forward with the recommended dosing. That's probably the most practical approach the every day person who is not a medical doctor can take for trying to figure these things outvale113 said:Hi guys, Does anyone use Epithalon with Reta? I'd like to try it for sleep. Does it help? What dosage should I start with? Many say mcg, others mg.
I hope it works for me too, without taking anything else, I've always slept like this and it's not the cause of the reta, I would like to solve itFRMN01 said:I do .2-0.3mg a day for 2-3 weeks cycles, I also do DSIP. Yes, it does help with sleep. I also cycle Sermorelin, not same time.
Thanks a lot, the first one wants to know what site I'm from and therefore it doesn't openRomulusguy said:I bookmarked a couple of dosing sites. Here are my top 2 sites and what they say about Epithalon dosing:
Research Dosing: https://researchdosing.com/epithalon/
Peptide Dosages: https://peptidedosages.com/single-peptide-dosages/epitalon-epithalon-10-mg-vial-dosage-protocol/
EDIT: Here's another great resource you can use to triangulate/research your dosages for new peptides: https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/epitalon

WOAH, you are right: I copied/pasted the link into a browser I never use and I received the same question. I can access the site just fine through CHROME for some reason. VERY STRANGE> I am adding screenshots of what the site says about Epithalon for you.vale113 said:Thanks a lot, the first one wants to know what site I'm from and therefore it doesn't open
you are really kind, let's say that everyone recommends a similar dosage, I had seen studies that said much lessRomulusguy said:WOAH, you are right: I copied/pasted the link into a browser I never use and I received the same question. That is super high. I read that epitalon is a synthetic version of the naturally occuring epithalamin (which is 10x weaker). The 10 mg doses were studied/administered by the Ukraine Academy Medical Sciences with epithalamin as per below:vale113 said:I have seen some people taking 5mg even 10

This is from William M Seed, MD's book "Peptide Protocols"

I just received mine and on the same boat as you. I always start super low to see how I will react. Instead of 1 mg a day I might start with 0.5mg and tirtrate to 1mg a day (or 0.25mg and tirtrate to 0.5mg since I am only 110 lbs) and follow the protocol in that book. Keep us posted on how you proceed and what you experience. Anecdotal experiences sometimes seem more realistic than textbook protocols or medical trials (like reta starting at 2mg, for example - way too high for many to start with).vale113 said:I had seen the same, so I don't understand how to start
I still have to order it. I was undecided whether to take it, but I saw that it shouldn't cause any side effects even at high doses. When do you think you'll start? Based on the dosage, I'll decide whether to take a single vial at a significantly higher price than buying the kit.laansasa said:I just received mine amd on the same boat as you. It's the same one I saw, so I waited to order it, to get opinions from those who have used it, then I could also take a single 10mg vial and do exactly 20 daysDunningKruger said:I cycled it for approx. 20 days at 500mcg each night while on Reta, and it was the best sleep of my life. I awoke rested with a clear mind and increased dream/memory retention.
Check out the Russian protocol for dosing; the North American dosing is stupid high and unnecessary, because people are confusing Epitalon dosing for Epithalamin dosing.
TBH, It's my #1 peptide, and I wish it could be cycled more often without the risk of overstimulation/dysregulation of hormonal rhythms.

I planned to start today but not sure if I want to do it tonight or in the a.m. tomorrow. I just received it Friday but didn't get my a$$ in gear to do it this weekend. I took a gamble and ordered the whole kit of 10mg from a US warehouse chinese because it was only $70 and made more finacial sense than a local reseller at $70 per vial. Who knows I might end up with 7 unused vials in my freezer for the rest of my existence. Like someone else said here, "my will's executor can decide what to do with them"vale113 said:I still have to order it.
