Does anyone have real time experience with DSIP. I usually don’t get more than 4-5 hours sleep as it is and have just heard of DSIP. I guess there really is a peptide for everything. Anyone with positive reviews , and is there any side effects to be aware of especially if Reta and Tesamorelin is also being used?

I haven't taken DSIP but I'm looking into it as well.

No, it won't interact with tesa or reta lol.

It seems like it provides more restful sleep, even if the sleep isn't as long. People report awakening feeling much more rested from only 6 hours of sleep.

It seems that it can build burnout/tolerance over time and should be cycled after a few weeks. Most people seem to use it before bed every other day or as needed.

I definitely can use deeper sleep for sure.

Honestly I just wish I could get to sleep. I think it's mostly a discipline and sleep hygeine issue for me.

I got on NAD and I've noticed I sleep deeper on it. Just slightly, and that's the only benefit I've noticed. hasn't helped my energy, but hasn't really hurt it either.

I've used it at the same time with Epithalon. Absolutely magnificent. My deep sleep and length of sleep changed significantly. I used both as intranasal sprays

I have some being delivered Monday, I should have epithalon soon as well.

I sleep decently overall, better lately, but interesting in checking them out.

I'm very interested in this as well. I have looked into it some and only like a 1/3 of those that have used it and reported about it said it worked for them. I do wonder if most can't tell tho as it pertains more to deep sleep than falling or going back to sleep.

Would love to hear back from you woundcarping on if it worked for you.

I tried it for 4 weeks. Started at 100 mcg nightly injections, went to 150 mcg second week, 200 mcg third week and 300 mcg fourth week. Did not change my shitty sleep pattern one iota. I was very disappointed. No side effects that I noticed.

thats pretty low doses, no?

I have tried it, but have not noticed any results. However, I have not consistently used for any length of time. On another forum I am on, others have said it takes 1-2 weeks to really affect sleep. I am trying that next and hoping I can get more deep sleep. Protocols I have seen say 100-300 mcg daily. I have not seen any protocols that recommend anything higher than 300 mcg.

I tried it and would say it works. Nothing jaw-dropping, but still effective. I say this mainly because I feel less tired during the day. Then there was a night recently where the cat woke me up at 2AM. I felt incredibly groggy--super tired, but in a good way, as if I'd been sleeping very deeply. It was a feeling I'd never felt before. I fell back asleep right away, which is unusual for me when I get woken up.

I've used DSIP for 3 or 4 months. 150 mcg. It doesn't affect my overall sleep time much, but it more than triples my deep sleep and increases my REM sleep by about 20%. For most people my age (70+), deep sleep all but vanishes. Before DSIP I was getting about 10-15 minutes of deep sleep a night. It's now averaging around 40 minutes.

The research I've seen shows a pretty sharp divide in responses. Some people get improved sleep and some get no effect at all. The results seem to be fairly random. My guess is it working for you depends on several other factors. It does seem to work better when I take epitalon at the same time.

Via pep-pedia they state 200-400mcg IM nightly during the cycle. But everyone is so varied regarding peptides in general so who knows.

I started with 100mcg for two nights and noticed nothing with helping to get to sleep. Upped to 200mcg for the rest of the 10 day cycle. My second cycle I just finished and started at 200mcg and really wasn't noticing anything so I had a short cycle and did 400mcg the final two nights. Thay was only like a 6 day cycle total. Peppedia also stated cycles are typically 5-10 long on and a break period. But others are talking about doing it for weeks so 🤷

I have a sleep tracker watch and it did show an increase in my deep sleep time during the cycle.

I divided my 5mg dsip into 3 vials to keep the cycles short without wasting peptides. I would probably go harder and longer if I do another cycle.

I cycle it regularly at 500mcg. It doesn't help me get to sleep or stay asleep, but the sleep I do get is more restful and the length I'm in deep sleep almost doubled. I like it when I am pushing hard at the gym because you get more muscle growth and recovery in the deep sleep state than any other.
