stoped dsip yesterday since i feel it does nothing

first night without it in 2 weeks my deep sleep got 30 minutes more ...

I put minimal confidence in my ring's ability to characterize my time in various sleep stages. I haven't put any effort into understanding how it comes to its conclusions, so I could be off base.
The fitbit type sleep monitors use HRV to determine sleep state. If DSIP affects heart rate or variability it can mess up indicated sleep state. The fact that OP felt less refreshed is telling.

My deep sleep is almost half my sleep cycle on average around 3 to 4 hours of deep a night since starting dsip!

you got alot sitting around you need to get rid of? hahaha
 
I don’t have a sleep tracker, but having struggled with falling asleep for many years, I bought a lot of DSIP to see if it’d help.

So far it’s been 50/50 as far as getting me to sleep faster goes, and while I’ve always been a vivid dreamer, on DSIP my dreams have been random/pleasant rather than bad memory type dreams, which is what I usually experience.

I’m still in the early days (just under 2 weeks, not taking it consecutively) but so far I’d say it’s helping me.
