Hi there,

I had a couple good experiences with SRY over a year ago now. Along with my Tirz order, they were able to add cialis/tadalafil tablets. I have contacted a couple vendors and they do not have. Has anyone any idea of a vendor that does offer these, preferably who accepts alipay or paypal?

TIA

Amazon pharmacy. Teleconsult through text and questionnaire and super cheap. I think about 65 bucks for consult and 90 day script of 5mg.

Contact Amino Lair (vendor on here). I think they have that through their other shop called Source other? (not sure of the name).

Most likely your PCP will prescribe this to you with no issues, why not have your insurance pay for this?

I am guessing because not everyone is blessed with insurance.

Valid. In that case the amazon price is pretty good. Especially for the stuff I was looking for (which is the daily 2.5mg/5mg). Though not sure how that is in Canada.

Kimera has it. Not super cheap but easy.

A supplement for the long term (with or without daily Cialis) is L-Citrulline, to boost nitric oxide:

https://www.amazon.com/Nutricost-Pure-L-Citrulline-Powder-Grams/dp/B07D6TVK63/

Among other supplements, there is also horny goat weed, but it seems too mild on paper (and sales and reviews are much less for it on Amazon than for L-Citrulline).

And there is the CNS stimulant Yohimbe, but it is not ideal for health, dilating some vessels but constricting most others.

A lot of people have high deductible health plans. I have to pay the first $5k out of pocket for any drugs or health care before my plan pays anything. And then it pays 80% until I reach $7500 out of pocket. Even if I could get a prescription for Tirz from my healthcare provider, it would cost me about $6k a year.

The peptide PT-141 and the GH peptides can also help with libido or blood flow:

I take 5mg tadalafil daily and I have two primary sources I use:

pctzone (not adding full url because I'm not sure it's allowed).

I ask my PCP for a 90 day prescription and have him send it to mark cuban's pharmacy with 3 refills.

Maybe the last option is not as useful for you, but both options are cheap as fuck, I have years of the stuff in my stash.

90 day supply, 5 mg tadalafil. Ranges from $19-$40 in the Bay area using goodrx, non membership

A lot of guys take it for long-term health benefits as well, such as cardiovascular benefits (lower BP, better endothelium function) or to help with symptoms of an enlarged prostate. "What's good for your heart is good for your parts" and also vice versa with Cialis. But statins are still way better for preventing heart attacks and strokes than Cialis, which does not prevent plaque rupture.

And for ED: "Men who had an incomplete response to as-needed PDE5 inhibitor treatment returned to normal erectile function when given Cialis once daily" (Eli Lilly).

More info on the health benefits, including possibly lower mortality:

-Costplus drugs

-Amazon

-GoodRX either run your prescription through them or use their coupon at any pharmacy.

-Costco was $8 for 30-10mg that I cut in half. I believe it's $13 without insurance.

I read about all the health benefits from the daily low dose including a better pump at the gym. I asked my female doc for a prescription. She didnt seem to know about any benefit other than ED so I had to lie and tell her I couldn't get it up 😂

Tadalafil is good shit. I'm surprised a daily dose isn't utilized more.

It got mentioned as something almost all men over 40 should be taking everyday at 2.5/5mg.
