yeah, only the 5mg is approved for daily use. I personally like 10mg. But some have gotten weird sides at higher doses daily.

I could likely take 2 x 5 mg daily if spread apart, but if i have a 10 at once im in for a shit day lol

I take 5mg tadalafil daily and I have two primary sources I use:

pctzone (not adding full url because I'm not sure it's allowed).

I ask my PCP for a 90 day prescription and have him send it to mark cuban's pharmacy with 3 refills.

Maybe the last option is not as useful for you, but both options are cheap as fuck, I have years of the stuff in my stash.

To make option 2 much more seamless... I used dr. b AI for $15 to get a prescription for tadalafil and had it filed at Walmart (thinking it would be cheapest there) but my mistake. Should have had the prescription sent to mark cuban drug pharmacy online... thats dirt cheap in comparison!

I kind of posted those to point out the absurdity of the bulk orders and the fact that you could get it. Having been down that road I wouldn't recommend it. Trying to accurately weigh and cap those amounts is both expensive (for an accurate balance/scale) and annoying. An easier way is to add some type of liquid (depends on compound) and dose it that way. Still with something this cheap none of those options are worth the hassle imo.

You guys can get prescription for this on Amazon pharmacy. 30-40 bucks for 90 day supply plus price of prescription service (29 bucks). It's cheap enough not to bother with potential risks that come with stuff from India which are notorious for under-dosing. You can fill out the questionaire

I'm not sure why you are saying that. If you order a bottle of "anything" from Carolina Chemical you are getting raw powder. If you weigh 5mg of it and take it you are getting 5mg of that chemical.

That is true. And they have a lot there. I’m just saying 10mg is super super small. If you put them even in capsules, most don’t just put in 10mg.

I had a couple good experiences with SRY over a year ago now. Along with my Tirz order, they were able to add cialis/tadalafil tablets. I have contacted a couple vendors and they do not have. Has anyone any idea of a vendor that does offer these, preferably who accepts alipay or paypal?

Turns out that Dr B Ai really isnt such a bargain.

I went thru their AI chat questionnaire for Cialis, paid the $15, had it approved by a "doctor" and chose to send prescription to Cuban's Cost Plus (good deal, but get a 90-day prescription or shipping costs add up).

Issue is that $15 is for a one-time prescription. At the end of 60 days, you need to have another AI consultation for another $15 to get the initial 90-day refilled.

So annually you're looking at $60 (4 consultations x $15) + $50 (4 - 90-day prescriptions x $12.50) = $110/360 pills = $0.31/pill.

Better to wrap it into your annual checkup, blood tests etc, tell Dr same story, transfer prescription to Cost Plus. Your annual Dr visits should be a constant, so why not double dip rather than pay addl "consultation" fees? Assuming access to Dr, insurance, etc.

I take it at 5am and am working at at 6am. Lasts into the night for me. Personally, really like 10mg, but been trying to do 5mg since the long term studies support that. Never hurts to throw in a Viagra at night when need to perform, too. The combo is superb.

The problem is, that medical stuff from India gets nearly always caught at customs.

A classic petide supplier from China could make lots of money if they would sell Tadalafil.
