Best peptide for body recomposition?

CJC and Tesamorelin do not require close tracking of your insulin levels the way that HGH does.
True, but GLPs already tackle this, and you can always add berberine and cut back on your carbs.

But even with CJC and tesa you still need to track your IGF-1

Better than TRT? Do you have a good source for HGH that has good testing before I test? I bought some but will need to send off for testing. The source Inno had Jano test batch @ 96% but no dimer testing. I would like 97/98% with little to low dimer.
Lobster HGH getting very high praise in multiple forums based on the test results!!

Have you actually tried adipotide? I have not found many personal accounts, but one person whom I talked to told me it makes dents.
Makes dents in what? I used to use adipose regularly.

Not adipose. That's fat. He is talking about adipotide, a peptide. He is saying it might make bent/dents in our flesh.
I know he was talking about adipotide. As I said, I took it for a long time. No dents here.

Ugh, just realized freaking spellcheck messed me over. I don’t use adipose.

Well.. if it’s from bacon.. sometimes..

I was curious what kind of "dents" you guys were talking about and then I looked up adipotide's mechanism of action and HOLY BANANAS lmao

Adipotide targets specific receptors—prohibitin and annexin A2—on the endothelial cells of blood vessels that feed white fat. By disrupting this supply, it causes fat cell death.

On a second thought, if this thing doesn't do (too much) harm to the kidneys, could this perhaps be the solution to saggy, stubborn sacks of belly skin/fat that simply won't go away with regular diet? As I understand it, fat loss does not actually get rid of the overly stretched inflated fat cells, it just deflates them. Maybe this could clean them up.

I mean if it makes no dent that is fine.

What dosage did you use? Did you see any side effects?
I used 4.53mcg/lb- my dose changed with my weight. I didn’t see any sides, but I pushed water and electrolytes to minimize my risk. It was when I was first starting out, so I was losing pretty quickly. This was also before all the news about the bodybuilder who killed his kidneys with high doses.. when that hit I took a break, one because I couldn’t find it for a while, two because I figured I should take a break (I used it for 4 months).

My main reason for choosing it was because so many folks here want to remain on GL-1s forever. Some have said that these fat cells might shrink but the body metabolism will remember its fat state. I'm sure adipocytes will definitely have a negative hormonal impact. The leptin resistance that I'm certain is connected to food noise, has to be influenced by adipocytes. If even an iota of fat cells could be permanently eliminated by adipotide, I thought it would be a good choice.

Yes, the fat cells still remain active.

I cant remember the name of the study but it reported that the fat cells still send hormonal signals, and when they "replenish", they became even more resistant.

In my ideal world, I would lose weight by diet and GLP, then do a full body liposuction to get rid of the fat cells forever.

Yes, that's the info I was alluding to. It has long been a pet thesis of mine that leptin resistance is the start of it all, including insulin resistance. Since leptin is secreted by fat cells along with the stomach, the continued existence of adipocytes HAS to be treated as a vital target for phronetic and long-lasting weight loss.

exactly. This bit is imo, why yo-yo dieting is bad and why weight loss becomes harder as we get older.

Heyo!

Right now I am on retatrutide, going strong, and I am losing weight.

So far so good.

Thing is, after I reach my goal weight (I want my abs to show!!) I'd love to jump off of reta and maybe switch to a peptide that will help me maintain the new physique. Of course I will keep having a healthy diet focused mainly on protein, but if I had a peptide that might help me with muscle recovery and such... it might be pretty good for me. I read about CJC, but I am not sure.

So I'm asking here: after my cut phase, which peptide might be best for a good "bulk"? I don't want to look huge, but if there's something that can help me keep my muscle, I'm listening.
I can't think of any peptide that would be better at maintaining your physique than retatrutide. Modify your dose based on your goals.

Interesting outlook. I would submit pEG MGF as the best peptide for a muscular physique.
