Cartalax , ARA290 and laser light therapy!
Working great . Ever since I’ve been injecting the ARA 290 as well as cartalax and doing the laser treatment I have been able to start running again. Ran 2 miles today for the first time in a very long time! Did 12 laser treatments at the Chiro and started injecting the two peps a month ago so I’d say pretty impressive results

What do you use to reconstitute the ara? I've been hearing people complaining about selling issues.

No gelling for me? I just used BAC water. AOD on the other hand will gel like nothing else unless you add some acetic acid and get the pH to about 5. Even then, it takes a while to warm up enough so it will draw from the vial.

What was your dosage and how long did you run it for? In my research im hearing a wide range of doses and cycles.

I’m dosing 1mg a night. My plan is to go a min of 12 weeks. My thought process is 1g vs 2g benefits might not be worth the risk of my IGF-1 getting to high or experiencing any carpel tunnel. Worst case scenario I could go up to 1.5mg if needed.

The sleep I’m getting as a result of 1mg a night is absolutely amazing.

I’m doing 1 mg SQ daily for 20 days on the ARA290. I’ve seen some recs at 4 mg daily but that would be crazy expensive. I think 20 days is minimum . Maybe could push it to 6-8 weeks.

Can you give feedback about your experience with ARA290?

Thank you

I am sure most of you know, but I did not in the beginning, ----if you have a history of sports injury or arthritis....TESA can flair that up like a bugger! I had to half the rec dose to not have massive crippling soreness! I mean I was a useless mom for 2 weeks until I figured it out! so if the is you, titrate slowly!

This thread is honestly what pushed me toward being interested in tesa in the first place.

The mix of improved recovery, body composition changes, deeper sleep/vivid dreams, and helping preserve muscle while cutting sounds really appealing.

I’m only on week 4 of reta right now and trying to keep things simple with low-dose DSIP before adding too much else, but tesa + ipa is probably at the top of my “next thing to research” list.

The water retention comments are definitely good to know though. That seems to be one of the more consistent things people mention with it.

For the people who’ve run both tesa and ipa together — which one do you think is actually contributing more to the sleep/recovery effects?

I know they’re both GH-related agonists working through different mechanisms, so I’m curious what people noticed individually.

That’s part of what makes the comparison difficult. Most people don’t run ipa completely standalone. It’s usually paired with CJC or tesa specifically because the idea is to amplify the GH pulse through different pathways.

Tesa is a little different because it has documented benefits on its own, especially around IGF-1 elevation, body recomp snd visceral fat reduction.

So when people say “ipa gave me amazing sleep/recovery,” a lot of the time they were actually running a combo protocol, which makes it hard to isolate what was doing what. However Becuase they’ll dose Ipa before bed it’s plausible to associate it Ipa with the improved sleep.

What are your thoughts on IPA - unnecessary?
