Anyone with tesamorelin experience?

I would go to 1.5 mg before upping to 2 mg. Haven't tried tesa yet, but a buddy of mine had carpal tunnel quickly after going from 1 mg to 2 mg.
That's the last thing I need right now. I'm currently treating a bad tennis elbow fother up. Damn thing keeps popping up every few months for the last couple years. I'll definitely titrate up slower. Thanks for the heads up.

That was a really good read. I was expecting a lot more peptide criticism in a gear forum.
Yeah the vast majority of them are on HGH rather than tesa or the like.

I'm a week on so far. Starting with 1mg a day before bed for the first 10 days then going to bump it up to 2mg for another 5 days before adding in IPA at 250mcg morning and night. So far I haven't noticed much in the water retention but I'm sure it's coming when I jump to 2mg. I don't really care about the water weight though. After it caps out and I start losing again, dropping it at the end of the cycle will be a little bonus to look forward to. I do get little stinging and some itchiness at the injection site as I go to bed, but it's always gone when I wake up. And my sleep has been improving. I'm really optimistic about this stack and am looking forward to seeing some results.
Thanks for sharing this. I plan on running it in a few weeks. I know everyone responds differently but this was a reassuring read.

A few tips I've collected regarding managing water weight:

As with HGH, the water retention may be managed by 5 days on, 2 days off, along with staying hydrated and taking more taurine, potassium, and magnesium (to reduce the sodium-based water pressure pushing on the nerves).

"Take 5g of taurine a day when using GH, to prevent/lessen [carpal tunnel syndrome]."

Not to change the subject but I wonder how Kisspeptin would compare to the GHRH/GHRPs. It doesn’t mess with HGH yet raises testosterone through LH and FSH stimulation. Might Kisspeptin do much of the same without the tumor promoting fears that excessive HGH and GHRHs bring?

I love the stuff. It is the one pep ( have tried or am using sema, tirz, reta, mots, cjc/ipa ) that I can truly say I CAN TELL it gives me more energy.

Kisspeptin-10 reliably raises LH and sometimes FSH, but definitely not enough to raise testosterone. You would have to inject roughly every 2 or 3 hours to hope to see a rise in testosterone levels.

What you said was "Take 5g of taurine a day when using GH, to prevent/lessen [carpal tunnel syndrome]."

What I heard was "Drink more Monster for the taurine". lol

For those with concerns about safety, a safer alternative to tesa and the others is sermorelin, a cheaper, longer-term option. But it is also less effective except for anti-aging or general wellness.

Just saw this today, playing with Google Gemini: "Heavy squats, sprints, and 8 hours of blackout-curtain sleep will produce massive GH pulses for free."

I got a kit of tesamorelin and can't wait to start pinning. Hopefully, I get the sleep benefits that others rave about. I did cjc1295/ipa in the past for 8weeks and it wrecked my sleep from night 1.

Fingers crossed
Can I ask how the Ipa wrecked your sleep and whether the Tesa has helped? I've been taking GHRP-2/Sermorelin and have noticed much deeper sleep although still waking up every few hours, have been thinking of switching to Ipa/Tesa stack or something similar but the sleep benefits are an important aspect to me, in fact would most likely end up sticking with whatever stack allows for the longest/most restful sleep lol

I never used them separately. I always pinned each one at night before bed. From night one my sleep suffered. This apparently only happens to a small percentage of people.

Ok got it, yea I will be taking together as well, if that's a rarer effect than will just keep fingers crossed I guess lol

Just finished a Kisspeptin and Tesamorelin cycle 7weeks of kiss in the am and tesa 1mg in the pm. Well, my free and total T went down not up! I felt no change on either pep. Did not notice any belly fat loss and my weight stayed exactly the same as did my body fat! What to do now? Get on gear? Up the dose of tesa? Switch to CJC ? My free testosterone as well as total testosterone actually went up while I was on IPAMORELIN prior to the tesa cycle so was expecting more positive changes than what I got. I also checked IGF-1 and GH levels and they were completely normal. GH was actually low at 0.2 but was a 10:30 am blood draw so expected to be low of at least not elevate .

I have seen at least one or two other posts where people said Ipa increased their testosterone levels, and seem to be a few people who have said Kisspeptin didn't seem to do much for them at all. Wondering if there are more out there who can confirm the test effects of Ipa, or who have had different experience with Kisspeptin? Have been interested in both but if the side benefit of Ipa is actually better than the intended benefit of Kisspeptin then probably would be the end of my interest in Kisspeptin lol

Just goes to show when doing research testing is imperative . I was only doing 7.5 units of Kiss once a day as I read overstimulating with too much will shut things down. I expected my LH and FSH to be elevated after the cycle as well but those were low normal. I don’t know? Thinking about taking this low free T result to the low T clinic and start some T and see if it makes me feel different/better/worse? I may try TESTAGEN next ?

Curious how you are treating the tennis elbow? I get it every once in awhile as well, I haven't started looking yet into the healing/regenerative type peptides that might help with it

Cartalax , ARA290 and laser light therapy!

How is that working out so far? Cartalax I've heard of, ARA290 I haven't.

I am taking .25mg box twice a day in my tricep. I’m also taking 2mg GHK and .5mg KPV once a day along with 2mg tb500 every other day. And I have Cartalax on order and am just waiting for it to come in.
