In order to derive the maximum benefit from the lowest dose possible, my hunting brought me this GLP1+ Control product. They are capsules with ingredients listed in the pictures below. Have you guys used anything similar to enhance the hunger suppression of GLP's? I just opened and tried it today. However, due to placebo concerns, I cannot be sure if it's working because I do feel a tiny hint of my hunger being eroded. Yet, I did also take Tesofensine so I cannot be certain. Thank you in advance.

I would like look up each ingredient on this list, and see how much it "activates GLP1 ".

I'll save you the time. The water you mix it with will help you feel more full.

What I don't like about supplements in general, especially in the US, is that they can slap pretty much any "statements" as long as it's not an explicit clinical claim. The regulations are so lax.

I don't recognize any of these ingredients that are proven to clinically - as in, in human bodies - elicit GLP-1 responses. Last year I spent substantial time researching natural GLP-1 secretagogue, and the only one that comes to my mind is a blood orange-derived polyphnenol called Eriomin. One of Kardashians chicks marketed this stack of plant extracts for 'natural' GLP 1 and I was skeptical at first until I reviewed individual ingredients' clinical trials. Gotta give it to them, they used ingredients that actually have solid evidences in reducing adiposity and increasing natural GLP1 response.

Cool, thanks guys. I just dropped a pound today, and I have managed to not regain it back due to overeating. Today is the 5th day after the last shot, so I was concerned. It's the next 2 days that I have had the biggest issues with food clamor.

whole foods with soluble fiber is known to activate glp-1.. like oats. The kind that is not refined you have to cook it for many minutes first. Artichokes etc you can find a list.. Berberine helps, and inositol. I was taking these as supplements before starting tirz and it was sort of working. I stopped because I haven't needed any more help since then. Except I do still often have the oatmeal and I am not hungry all day after that. I add cinnamon, bluberries and flax /chia and nuts or pumpkin seeds.

Just from the name of the product ( in fashion ) the style of the packaging, the multicomponent herbal contents listed, the brand name I have never heard of , I would say this is more likely than not to contain lower amounts of active ingredients than is listed on the bottle. All of those are risk factors for dodgy supplements. and listing the components as per serving , 2 capsules is a bit dodgy although very common. total of 800mg or so per serving is within reason , if you weigh the capsules and they weigh less than 400mg then you know for sure.

Toxic dose of b6 is 100mg /day so only 10 of them, it can cause permanent nerve damage at high doses. if you want to check on the herbal stuff ask chatgpt in research/scholar mode.

Look D-lady, I admit, I'm great at making stuff up. It's a congenital defect. I write fiction too, so you know, tools of the trade. But I would never do that to someone who has humbled me with benevolence. That's just so communist. No way, jose.

Jesus Christ, I've been internet-frirnds with @desinr-gal for months now and never realized it's an off-spelling of "designer." I always just figured it was her way of indicating that she was Indian or Pakistani.

She knows what I look like, but I've never seen her. But I don't quite form mental pictures of my internets friends, so at least I don't have to change that in my head. It'll be a plot twist if she's both Indian or Pakistani AND a designer.

Gymnema could help your sweet tooth but that's it.

Unrelated: I wouldn't touch a supplement with that much B6. That thing could fuck up your nervous system in a few weeks. I have months of recovery ahead and I had to drop most of my peptides/supplements. Will write a post sooner or later
