According to the "Permission Analyzer" (yes, there is such a thing), all of your permissions are set correctly and you have the ability to post (alibeit moderated at this time) in all of the usual locations. There are sections you can't post in like the Research Lab and such but pretty much everywhere else it should be the normal.
You'll note that I mention in that post that some people can't DM and in that case use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page in the footer to send an email.
Since you guys can post in here (and remember this thread started in the Introduce Yourself section and I moved it into the Public Square which makes it seem like everything is working properly), if you could post a screen shot of what you're seeing/not seeing that could be helpful since everything on my end looks like you should be able to post in most of the usual sections.
