Has anyone used BPC157+TB500 for arthritis? My mom is on it for her knee pain and a shoulder injury and she loves it.

From google:

BPC-157 and TB-500, both peptides, are being researched for their potential to help with arthritis by promoting healing and reducing inflammation. BPC-157, known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties, has been studied for its ability to improve blood flow, accelerate tissue repair, and reduce inflammation in joints and other tissues. TB-500, a synthetic form of Thymosin Beta-4, also supports tissue healing and reduces inflammation, particularly in muscles and joints.

How BPC-157 and TB-500 May Help with Arthritis:

Reducing Joint Inflammation:

Both peptides have shown the ability to reduce inflammation in joints, which is a key characteristic of arthritis.

Promoting Healing:

BPC-157 and TB-500 can accelerate the healing of damaged tissues in the joints, including cartilage and bone.

Pain Relief:

By reducing inflammation and promoting healing, these peptides may help alleviate pain associated with arthritis.

Improved Blood Flow:

BPC-157 is known to improve blood flow to damaged tissues, which can aid in healing and reduce pain.

Enhanced Cell Migration:

TB-500 enhances cell migration, which is crucial for tissue repair and regeneration.

Important Considerations:

Research is Ongoing:

While research on BPC-157 and TB-500 for arthritis is promising, more studies are needed to fully understand their effects and optimal use.

Not FDA-Approved:

Both peptides are not currently FDA-approved for treating arthritis or other conditions.

Potential Risks:

As with any new treatment, there are potential risks associated with using BPC-157 and TB-500, such as allergic reactions or side effects.

This information is very encouraging. I suffer from extreme osteoarthritis in my spine and both feet. I am told that nothing can be done to help me. I can handle most of it, but don't want to stop walking. I have a morphine pump, so I don't know how that will affect my journey with Tirz or any other peptides, but I am open to trying.

Oooh Connie I am so sorry- I really hope peptides can help you! My mom was so sick of doctors just prescribing her pain killers or steroids- never something to help heal.

Hi SassyPants!

Dosing Math (After Reconstitution):

Bac water: 2mL

Total peptides: 10mg (5mg BPC + 5mg TB)

Final concentration: 5mg per mL

0.2mL (20 units) = 1mg daily dose

(0.5mg BPC-157 + 0.5mg TB-500)

From ChatGPT:

For mild injuries or gut healing : your current 1mg/day is fine.

For acute injury, joint repair, or post-surgery : consider 1.5–2mg/day (0.3–0.4mL).

Always consult a peptide calculator or ChatGPT to make sure you are dosing correctly!

Edit: forgot to mention we pin mornings on weekdays only. That way she gets a break, we don’t want diminishing returns or receptor desensitization. We will do 4-6 weeks on, 2, weeks off.
