所以我目前服用的是Tirz，够用十年，剂量也是最大剂量。我试过一瓶R-30，时间不够长，剂量调整也不够精准，所以没能获得有意义且稳定的体验，但足以让我知道它不会给我带来任何特别的副作用，而且大约8毫克就开始起效，这正是我想要的剂量。我一直打算继续服用Tirz，把Reta冷冻起来，等到Reta获批上市，并在大众市场推广足够长的时间，让我们对它有更多了解之后，再考虑换用Reta。我喜欢慢慢囤货，也就是每隔一两个月在价格合适的时候买一套，如果剂量达到十年上限（就像我之前服用Tirz那样）就停止囤货。

我现在Reta的剂量已经够用五年了，但我想就此打住吧。我知道Tirz就是Tirz，它就像蟑螂药一样，在冷冻室里能保存很久，你可以把它冷冻起来，这样就能用比你实际剂量高得多的药瓶了，它在冷冻室里不会降解太多，而且它的生产过程也没什么大问题。我知道囤积Tirz基本没问题。

但是每次讨论到Reta的时候，都会有人说“嘿，这东西很奇怪，而且很敏感”。有时候即使加了Hospira，它也会变浑浊，可能是因为赋形剂里含有盐之类的东西，会破坏它。它要么不适合冷冻，要么冷冻后45天就会严重降解。而且有时候它降解得非常慢，有时候又会降解得特别快，真是让人摸不着头脑。

我之所以还没用它，是因为早期阶段它的作用机制和安全性都存在很多不确定性，而且我们对它的了解远不如对那些存在时间更长的东西那么深入。不过，我想也许正是这些原因，也正是我目前没有大量囤积的原因。

我毫不怀疑，当下一代热门产品问世时，我也会想囤一些，因为哇哦。但我打算把“新品”的囤积量限制在两年以内。

10年？难道两年后药效不会减弱吗？

The caveat being reta is a more complicated and fragile peptide that has been available for only 3 years. Nobody really knows what it will do in 5-10 years.
