I personally found this place to try and source and learn about glp-1 for weight loss. I seen a number of of you guys say you are on multiple peptides for various reasons. So if you came here to research one peptides and ended up buying more than one type what did you add to your regime that you had no intentions in the first place.

I'm just interested to see how people's needs or wants changed over time.

I came for semaglutide and ended up also buying BPC-157 for inflammation, epitalon for longevity, and GHK-Cu for skin. They should arrive in a few days. I'm excited to see how they all work!

I had no intentions of using anything but tirz. I've tried BPC157 (scared myself out of it and now have most of a kit left sitting in my freezer). I also tried selank and scared myself out of that. I did a round of epitalon and will do another one at the end of the year. I am still using DSIP, but will probably not buy anymore after my last bottle is gone. I can't tell that it helps. I'm currently using Lipo-C, glutathione, Athena, KPV and GHK-Cu. I also still take survo-tirz.

My only real regret is starting Athena, KPV, and GHK-Cu (also started taking collagen peptides) all at around the same time. My skin and hair look amazing, better than they did 20 years ago, but I don't know which peptide(s) get the credit, so I suppose I'll keep taking them all. If I had it to do all over again, I'd not start more than one every month or so.

Mt1, mt2, glow are some of my favorites. Mt2 is fun for the surprises throughout the day.

What scared you about BPC 157 and selank?

That's fascinating. I suppose the longer you lurk around these places the more you learn. I'll be honest I would have to Google every single peptide above as I haven't a clue what they are or do. I can imagine if your first order goes through alright without any issues it could open my eyes to other peptides.

Well, I started with semaglutide. Then I bought KLOW (a mixture of GHK-cu, BPC-157, TB4 and KPV) ipamorelin and retatrutide. Of the 3 extras that I bought I have only used the KLOW and its really too soon for me to say anything about it. I probably won't switch to the reta until I stall with the sema. I kind of have buyers remorse on the ipa .. but who knows I might try it someday.

What is Athena?

I'm currently looking up these peptides. Never knew such things existed. Peps to help you tan ect. I can definitely see myself looking into some of the. Mentioned above for generalised anxiety. That would be a game changer.

BPC157 has some safety risks that I am not comfortable with due to some of my own health concerns. We all have our own levels of risk and all have unique health profiles. For me, the risk wasn't worth the return I may have gotten. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11859134/

The fact that one of the few human trials ended early without submitting results or reasons why it ended also gave me pause.

Selank influences serotonin levels. I already take an SSRI, the danger of possible serotonin poisoning was not worth the possible benefit of increased sleep for me. It's probably a great peptide for most people.

Athena is a mix of vitamins and amino acids to improve skin and hair health, it's not a peptide, but sold on a site that sells peptides, so I included it. It's great, but I can take all of those ingredients orally, so will switch to oral when I am out of vials.

Athena _

20mg niacinimide

20mg theanine HCL

10mg Choline

10mg Inositol

40mg Proline

40mg Glycine

200mcg Riboflavin

100mcg Biotin

25mg Dexpanthenol
