As you ask for personal opinion, I'd say all Glp stuff constantly, all other stuff cycled.

Watching this one. Curious about Reta. I’ve been on it for six months. I seemed to have stalled

Stalled on the scale? What about elsewhere? Are clothes fitting better? Gaining muscle?

I thought I stalled in month 3. But after getting an InBody scan, I saw that I was gaining muscle while losing fat. Reta was doing it's job. Preserving muscle while helping burn fat. I've also had to adjust my diet a couple times for the changes in TDEE with my workout evolutions.

Look into Cag. I kind of bricked walked with Reta after dropping 12kg on Mounjaro last year, then purposely regaining bc I lost my ass 😂

I started Cag last week and 0.2 was enough to get things moving again.

Picked this up from another user a while back. I wish I could remember who so I could give credit.

The last thing you wanna do is follow "one" guide and risk overdosing or taking too high a dose where your body/mind starts to take a toll/have adverse effects. Or too low a dose where it does nothing for you.

I would strongly recommend, if you have the time, to take a look at all of the sites I mentioned above, even ask AI - ChatGPT and Claud both use data so you're limited unless you buy their packages. Google gemini doesn't use data so you can ask all you want.

Be safe first.

The only peptide I would take indefinitely is dollartide, but it is incredibly hard to find and it gets over so fast. There are so many threats out there with feds targeting this one more than any others.

Thanks for this bit of info. I am more interested in weight loss and general physical health and wellness at 53 years old, but it is good to know this kind of stuff to venture into if I expand my use.
