Which peptide gave you real, noticeable results?

Try and dilute in more BAC, I did 3ml BAC with a 10mg vial and the PIP is minimal.
I did dilute it afterwards. I believe that it was already in 2 or 3mL at that time so it's not like it was very concentrated. Anyways I'll probably try it again soon. I have some ss-31 I want to cycle, but honestly I am at a point where I have 15 different peptides and I will not be using more than 5-6 at a time.

For me, pharma Tirz was fantastic, but prices hit the roof in the UK, so I looked elsewhere. Now I’ve started grey Reta and I’m using Cagri to kill the hunger. Those two are a perfect combination for me at the moment.

The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:

What peptide actually worked for you?

What did you notice and how long did it take?

For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
RETA

Tirz has been incredible for me. I'm also taking oral BPC to help with IBS and GERD issues.

Not sure if it's the Tirz, BPC or a combination of the 2, but my gut issues seem to have really calmed down over the last few months.

I love this idea! I just started my GHK-Cu research journey (Day 2!) and was looking into copper creams, but mixing it with a basic HA serum seems so much more efficient. Was the 2% concentration felt irritating at all, or was it pretty gentle for twice-a-day use?
Don't forget it's good for hair growth too. I put it in my hair tonic also.

I didn't see the other thread. Reta seems to be the clear favorite here. Where did it fall in the other thread?

Just pinned my 4th dose of 2mg Reta. Visceral fat isn’t budging. What made you choose the 5 on 3 off for teas?
So the next step would be 3mg or 4mg Retatrutide, for a month. I chose 3mg to keep side effects minimal.

Visceral fat simply took time and was pretty much the last thing to go, and I had plenty! But the good news is that Reta works wonders for fat burning.

Tesamoralin is thought to be able to constantly stimulate the pituitary gland with daily use. Which may lead to drug ineffectiveness. Taking 2 or 3 days off may allow the receptors to "rest" and maintain their sensitivity, ensuring the pituitary responds with a robust pulse of endogenous growth hormone when Tesa is used again.

Also to keep IGF-1 lab levels reasonable.

Today is another milestone, as I am only 2 pounds from my goal weight!!!!

mt2 turned me from white skin never tans, to be Greek looking.

Wonderful chemical, until the side effects hit.

I have been injecting it between my outer ankle bone and achilles tendon. The pain is almost all the way gone. Thats for the plantar injury. My other ankle I sprained skateboarding a few months ago and I have seen no improvement. Going to start spot injections in the same area and see if that helps.
What’s the status of your plantar fasciitis so far? Also, how did the other ankle do with the treatment?

For the people mentioning visceral fat, how are you making the determination that it is staying or going? Y'all getting DEXA scans or just trusting your gut (pardon the pun)?

I’ve gone from having a fridge full of peptides and pinning 6–7 times a day to just three times a day now.

Right now my routine is basically:

Day 1: Reta, SS31 or SLUPP, plus TB500

Day 2: MOTS‑C and TB500

Day 3: Repeat Day 1

I’m almost out of TB500 and haven’t reordered because I’m planning to switch over to BPC157 daily instead. Honestly, running them together never made a huge difference for me in terms of recovery. I mainly used BPC for injuries.

I also rotate SS31 and SLUPP332 in 6 week blocks on my Reta days.

As for why I run Reta every other day. I used to take CAG for sugar cravings between my twice weekly Reta doses. I ended up experimenting with smaller, every other day Reta doses instead, and it worked just as well for me. The only downside is now I’ve got a freezer full of unused CAG, plus Tesa, IPA, and NAD+ which I don't plan on using again.

Since last December I’ve dropped about 48 lbs (22 kg). I thought about adding BAM15, but that would mean rotating it with SS31 and SLUPP, and honestly, with the weight still coming off steadily, I don’t see a reason to add anything else right now.

Biggest wow factor for me would be Reta, MOTSC and KLOW. They all doing as inteded and beyond. Particularly the MOTSC. Taking training to another level.

MOSTC is exercise in a bottle?

or do you mind explaning it.

I think that the three GLP1s have a proven track record. We know they work. So I'll skip them.

KLOW for healing, I am absolutely in less pain since I started using it. I can't say which element of this compound did the trick, but I don't care. It was worth the money and I have plenty of it remaining. My back pain is completely gone and the pain in my knees is greatly reduced. While I'm sure that losing weight has helped .. I don't think that I've lost enough for it to be this successful this quickly.

NAD+ for sleep. I have a long history of insomnia and taking this has given me better sleep. I started taking as a part of the NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C protocol. I have no idea if it is helping my mitochondria or not. I can't say if this is going to help everyone with insomnia or if it will improve the sleep quality of people who don't have insomnia .. all I can say for certain is that it has helped me.
is there anything else nad+ is good at.

Can I ask why you decided to not use NAD+ , Tesa and IPA? Were they not effective for you?

I heard you can take 50mg BM15 capsules due to its bioavailability.

I ran a couple of weeks without NAD+ and my energy levels were still high. Most likely because I run 2 mitochondria peptides at the same time. Tesa I felt was injecting but will still get the same results just running Reta and eating clean....ish. IPA I stopped mainly because if I'm going to build muscle with the help of adding a little extra, I may as well use Tesa or go on another synthetic.

Tirz, Mot c, Tesa/Ipa for weight loss noticable within the first two weeks.

It has to be GH for me. There really is nothing like it, when it comes to just improving overall sense of well-being as well as making me both look and feel great at my age. Very few compounds can single handedly achieve so many things at once. It just made everything else work better as well. And where did my waist go?

Reta, KPV, Epitalon, Semax and Selank all had the advertised effects on me. Running SS-31 now with Oral NR, too early to say until the Mots-C stage.
What reason for NR versus NMN? My RS will soon start this protocol and will be using NR or NMN instead of NAD+. What was the results for you?

I've been taking TruNiagen NR for almost 10 years, so I just continued it for the 14-week protocol. I've read that NR, NMN and NAM, as precursors of NAD+, reliably raise NAD-related biomarkers in human testing. Many people have reported good results from NAD+, but I just didn't see a reason to change from what I was already taking. Independent studies have shown that TruNiagen is one of the top two commercially available sources of NR.

The issue I found with NMN is, according to a study done about 5 years ago, commercially available products vary widely as to the amount of NMN in the product. 64% of those tested, had zero or very low levels and didn't match the label claims. Doublewood did well, but it was one of the few.

Reta, bpc 157, kpv, and although not a peptide, and contrary to popular belief, 5 amino 1 mq.

How i did 5A1MQ was 5mg daily sub q. This gave me noticeable results in my physique. This was done every day after waking up fasted and then would not eat for another 4-5hrs after injection. I only eat during a 6 hrs window and then fast for 18hrs before eating again. Not saying this is for everyone its just what works for me.
Thanks for this - I have been wanting to add 5a1
