Phase II eloralintide results just came out after 48 weeks. They match tirzepatide. The grey market typically starts producing after Phase II. So, when can we start buying grey eloralintide? I think it would make an amazing stack. Lilly is already testing it with tirzepatide.

Study also showed large drop out rate due to side effects especially GI problems. Maybe an add on to reta

The little i have read so far is that it only seems to supresse apetite, just as Tirza.

If thats how it works i think Reta still will be the best GLP product.

But i have not read enough about yet to be some kind of expert.

If there is anyonelse who have a more detailed picture of it. Please share it here 😊

This + R will be groundbreaking, patiently waiting...

Tirz-Elora may end up being EL's competitor to Cagri-Sema. The combo of tirzepatide and eloralintide would be a triple agonist, very curious how it would stack up against retatrutide in trials.

elora is not a glpra so it could most likely complement reta even better than it does tirz

I was in the trial. It works on food noise, slows gastric emptying, suppresses appetite. For me, it also decreased inflammation and improved my sleep.

Oh cool! I was in a CagriSema trial (as the tirzepatide comparison though). Can you tell us what your protocol was? Dose schedule and generally what kind of tests and whatnot?

Mine's here.

I started at 9 mg and stayed there the whole time. I had 3 dexascans, multiple ekgs and lots of blood work. I had to wear a fitness tracker for 2 weeks at 3 different times.

Oh wow! That's intense! I guess they're really focusing on muscle loss like crazy.

Would the effect be better this way?
