As a rookie I am unsure how long can you use a vial, as in drawing 1 time per week, for how many weeks? On the r/tirzepatidecompund they will use a vial untill the last drop, if it's clear and nothing can be seen floating in it. Jano says in his interview he can only say 1 month, but says it's because of things that could be growing in it.

For the more experienced ones, what's your record?

I saw someone say they used the same vial for 16 weeks.

I have to say that I am curious myself as I see big demand for T100 now and then and wonder what the heck size dose are these folks taking?

Too long? Probably like 10 months on melanotan…it still works too.

On the Jano interview he mentions that he's starting to see T150 😳

Maybe the T150 is being used in “clinics” or in large families…

Or being split by friends by transferring to sterile vials

Or enterprising folks making a business out of it..

I split 120s with my spouse.

^^^^^ this guy knows ^^^^^

I was one of the first to buy 120mg Triz from Wheat months ago. Have no idea why I thought it would be a good idea. As this poster said, I used it to make 2 60mg vials for friends research. Still have 9 in the freezer, no idea when I will use the rest.

10 weeks with sema.

At least three months for my reconstituted tirz. Hell, I think I've been using the same bottle of Hospira for at least 4-5 months now.

Tirz a month. Only because I buy according to my dose. But I've used the same MT2 for over 8 months

Compounders will send out 12 weeks of reconstituted supply.

Clearly, contamination plays a part. I don't know whether that's needle punctures or injecting air, but I get edgy past 8 weeks from first pin even if it still looks clear.

That's what I'm wondering about.

And you don't notice any difference in effect after 2 or 3 months? That is really telling and interesting to note for my own research.

No difference at all in tirz effectiveness. I even traveled to Europe with a vial for three weeks this summer where it was mostly unrefrigerated. Used it for a while after I got back. No difference.

that's the main reason I'm moving to pens when I finish using up my 22mg compounded bottles. Filtering into a pen cartridge means no air coming in.
