What is the final verdict GHK-CU or GLOW

Trevor Bachmeyer (Chiropractor) - controversial influencer and weird delivery but has a lot of practical experience putting patients on it and his biochemistry seems on point. Suggests protocols including cycling it:

Dr. Quinn Stillson - more conservative ideas but good insights

I'm hoping Physionics who is huge on soft tissue healing will eventually review the research. He seems to be one of the most thoughtful influencers in molecular biology right now. He has a lot of information on collagen and tissue healing and age related decline. It would seem to me combining his nutrtional recommendations with Ghk-cu would be essential for getting the most out of the peptide.
I'll try watch the second one but TB has no credibility for me - I can't stand the guy and he actually turns me off peps TBH. I appreciate you posting the information you have. Cheers

Totally agree and thats why I added the warning, but I haven't seen many putting together the biochemistry as well. I'm not a medical professional but it makes good sense to me that many peptides are going to need other compounds present to be effective and both him and Dr Stillson frequently point these out. I use Trevors videos to get clues on what to look into and when I double check what he's saying it has always been true as far as I can tell.

I dont have a problem with sting but I did initially have issues with pain at the injection site. I moved to places that had more fat and have had a lot less issues.
I hear you about Trevor. He seems to have good information to share. I have a hard time hanging in to hear him all the way through. He is a good lesson in patience. Hahaha

Is it weird that my Klow doesn’t sting? The glutathione doesn’t sting either.

I only get a tiny bit of spice when pinning Mots-C.

Yes TB is a complete dose excuse the pun. He has the camera set up so he is reading off a screen with his cap covering his eyeballs, yes some of the information he presents is true factual and useful however it is mixed with cheap sales tactics and hubris. He is very hard to listen to as he shouts about giving all this information he learned off the internet for free for the benefit of the people and then drops in his membership to the black card club for 10K USD.

I've been pinning GHK-cu along with KPV daily now for about 3 weeks. I can't say for sure I'm noticing benefits other than my face has stopped breaking out (which, mind you, is a huge win), and I do want to keep using them. But now I'm doing that rabbit hole thing where it's not really a consensus on how long to use them: I've seen some folks here say they've been taking KLOW daily for months (!) and others who do the various cycles, either the blue juice alone or stacked.

I don't want to lose any benefit of the GHK especially, and am worried if I do stop for a cycle, the breakouts will return. I'm considering maybe trying a topical version to use in the interim of the off cycle, but not sure if that defeats the purpose?

Anyone been using GHK-cu for a decent amount of time care to share your thoughts? I'll likely be conservative and keep going to a 6 week cycle and then off for 4 weeks, even though I don't really want to. 😅

I did a GLOW cycle and noticed slightly faster hair growth and thicker nails. Then I read more about TB and BPC and decided I didn't need them, or at least not all the time. I also wanted to try KPV and was looking for a KPV/GHK-CU blend but wasn't successful, so I have both on order and plan to DIY.

Everyone was right about GHK-cu being spicy. I reconstituted 100mg with 12ml BAC, then when I pinned I drew up my 12 unit dose then filled the rest of the 1mL syringe with BAC. I pinned in my upper glute yesterday and burned after a while but it felt like my hip was wonky when I walked. I must have gotten too close to my hip bone. I stayed that way for a good 14 hours. Today I pinned in my upper stomach were there is plenty of fat. I injected in 3 different places and messaged it a little afterwards. Its a slight burn sometimes when I move, but not enough to deter me from continuing and titrating up. I even get a slight burst of energy afterward for an hour or so.

Yeah, that was what made me decide to go solo on the KPV and GHK-cu rather than a blend with BCP and TB. I'm comfortable with my current stage of risk aversion by using research peps as it is, but I'll wait for more human trials with those 2 before I poke.

I've been running GLOW for several months, with a couple of off cycles. My skin is much softer, and I don't have those thick, cracked calluses on my heels anymore. My hair and nails grow faster, too.

I've noticed that the improvements do decrease a bit when I'm not taking it. However, I recently saw a post by Anela(?), the doctor who created up with the GLOW protocol, in which she said that breaks aren't needed. I've heard that from a couple of other sources as well, so I'm just going to run it continuously from now on.

Oh, that's good to hear! What I might do, to hedge my bets, is just a short 2 week break and then go in again for another 6-8 week cycle. The KPV and GHK are the first daily pins of mine, and I am realizing I need more pens for the long haul. I put the GHK in the first pen I bought last week, and for prefer the ease of just switching the needles over multiple syringes.

I wish there was a really good way to know if there truly is more benefit from the added TB and BCP in the blend than just the GHK when it comes to hair and skin.

I’ve been pinning daily for almost a year

I don’t think Anela is a doctor. Never heard that before…

What advantages do pure GHK-cu users experience?

My father died of cancer, so I'm still very cautious and am pinning only GHK and Ipamorelin for testing. As far as I know, the two peptides are not supposed to have such a drastic effect on growth hormones.

I'm wondering if they have real advantages after all, if they are not stacked with CJC or as GLOW.

I'm just not sure about injecting copper...
Certain trace metals and minerals are needed by the body. Trace = very low amounts as in micrograms. Knowing how much and how they balance each other is good to learn. I’m still learning in this area.

I know zinc is good to take with the copper, but I don’t remember if the copper depletes zinc (so supplements are needed) or if the boosted copper will compete with zinc? It’s early, need more coffee.

It's the latter. They compete for the same receptors.

Hi everyone.

I'm new here and I'm researching GHK-Cu. I'm considering using 2mg daily for an extended period.

I've seen that some people recommend supplementing with zinc along with GHK-Cu to optimize results due to the copper content. What dosage are you using? If you are using it at all.

It‘s recommended to use 10x mg of Zinc to the GHK-cu dosage. So 2mg of GHK: 20 mg Zinc daily.

Recomenda-se usar 10 mg de zinco para cada dose de GHK-cu. Portanto, 2 mg de GHK equivalem a 20 mg de zinco por dia.

Valeu, mano! Vou fazer isso.

I am just starting KLOW and was wondering the same thing and considered ordering GHK-cu.

I am not sure yet, but it seems to be reducing my headaches / migraines. I need to give it all more time.

In that case, I would want to keep the sauce the same and free myself of these almost daily headaches!
