What is the final verdict GHK-CU or GLOW

I don't think I ever got anything out of GLOW. But if I do it again, maybe after I lose some more weight and see how the skins look, I'll probably go with KLOW. It isn't that much more than GLOW.

Reporting in with my current GHK-cu journey. I decided last week that I was tired of pinning 2-3 times day (GHK-cu, KPV and TA1) not counting the weekly 4th pin of tirz on Sundays, and after playing around with things found a reasonable schedule. I now pin GHK daily, KPV every other day, and TA1 twice a week (reports have shown TA1 at 1.5 twice weekly is a good maintenance dose).

Amazingly, the biggest change for me is that I no longer get any redness, itching or welts from the GHK alone. Maybe I just did get used to it, but it's been such a relief to get no reaction now. I feel this new schedule should work as my primary goal is the skin/hair improvement purportedly from the copper, followed closely by increasing my immune system health as I've always had a low-ish white blood cell count and allergies and eczema speak the truth to my effed up reactions to just existing. 😂

You can mix GHK-Cu and KPV in the same vial for fewer pins, or at least in the same syringe. I believe you can also mix GHK-Cu and TA1 in the same syringe. Then you only have one pin each day, except for tirz day.

I'd considered that with the GHK and KVP, and may decide to give the same vial a try but I'd need to play the math in recon to be sure I get the doses of each I want. I'm not sure I'd do well with trying to pull them both into the same syringe - as it is I often have to push and pull from an extraction to work around air and vacuums.

I've seen a lot of people talk about pulling 2 peps or something like GHKcu and BAC into the same syringe but how do you keep the needle from dulling? I struggle with dull needles even with just one poke into a vial. And I have Easy Touch syringes.

Hi everyone.

I'm new here and I'm researching GHK-Cu. I'm considering using 2mg daily for an extended period.

I've seen that some people recommend supplementing with zinc along with GHK-Cu to optimize results due to the copper content. What dosage are you using? If you are using it at all.
Hi! Not using zinc, because I 've read several doctors' opinion that this is not really necessary if you eat well balanced healthy food. Almost impossible to overdose Cu.

There is always an option to change a needle.

Not true, I have posted degradation studies done by jano on this in another thread on this forum. Zero proof that supports the mixing theory. https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/93983-KLOW_80MG_21day_degr_6CX5YA7PHJ28 View attachment 18000
I note that this test doesn't specify if the test was post-reconstitution. I know the OP of the test said it was, but the lab results should state it if it was so.

You can buy 1mL syringes without a needle and separate needles in the size you want, then switch them out after drawing from the vial.

Whats that saying? You can lead a horse to water

It‘s recommended to use 10x mg of Zinc to the GHK-cu dosage. So 2mg of GHK: 20 mg Zinc daily.
You mean zinc injectable? Or oral supplement?

It's pretty simple. Nothing lyophilized mixed will degrade much in that state obviously. The question we have is will it degrade quickly once reconstituted as a blend. You seem to want to wanting to mock, so let me know where I being stupid in questioning the testing methodology.

I have been running GHKCU - 10MG vials at 2mg per day for 2.4MGS per day for 1 month now. To make the injection easier I fill my dose and then fill the rest of they syringe with bac water and always into the glutes, I do get some lumps but no more pain which is great. Feels like my body is more accustomed to the copper. In terms of benefits it is very hard to say the effects, my goal is improved hair and skin and i have twenty 10mg vials to get through nearly half way there. In terms of how I feel on it I have to say i like GHKCU and if you asked me would i buy it again I would say yes based on what my body is telling me it feels good and I keep my daily pins up. I think these compounds are very subtle when we compare to the likes of HGH or Reta but that does not mean they are not working. So overall a thumbs up from me.

How long will you pin until break?

I'm in week 2 and currently trying 12 weeks and a break of 8 weeks.

I am planning on running for 12 weeks. after the first week with the pain from injections I was saying there is no way I can keep this up however the dilution method and my body’s reaction now seems so much more calmer I will make the 12 weeks. Il never forget the 1st shot no dilution straight into my belly and the pain was horrible all night.

Oh, I‘m lucky to feel almost no pain at all. Only an itching the first 2 or 3 shots.

I'm a bit confused reading about the pain due to Glow injections. Do not find it uncomfortable at all. Just a common prick while putting needle into my skin....

Different pokes for different folks..

There is an extremely wide variance of ISRs from GHK-cu, from none to months-long welting and pain.

I had no ISRs...for months...with pinning in abs with KLOW and then BAM!, good lord, that hurt! Used a ziplock with ice to make it less painful. Happened with MOTS, too. So now I do SQ in love handle or glutes-no problems...yet!🤞

I've still got a bruise from 2 weeks ago from a GHK-cu pin that for some reason just hit wrong. And yet, every day since I've had no new bruises, pain, itching, etc.

It's been just about 4 weeks for me using it daily and aside from some clearer skin (not as many breakouts on the face) I can't really say I've noticed any visible or noticeable benefits. I ordered another kit (50mg) but I'm hoping I eventually see some improvements for my efforts.

I'm still looking into maybe adding BCP or TB, but I'm still doing more research on those (thus why I only do the GHK and KPV separate and haven't gone for KLOW)

Aside from the weight loss with the tirz, I'm really just hunting down the peps that do the most for skin and hair health.
