What is that one food that you will never let go no matter what?

It's not food but a candy for me. These "bullets" are my only source of something sweet after dinner. One is sour and one is salty. I buy them in boxes of 200 each and it lasts me 3 months or so. The good thing is that you can't have more than 2 of each maximum because your mouth would disintegrate from the sour and salty. It takes several minutes to eat one. They're like 30-35kcal each. Can't live without them 🤤
Mine is gummy bears. I have a giant bag I walk by and grab a few

Burritos. I can wreck just about anything wrapped in a good flour tortilla.
I just bought a cast iron tortilla press to learn to make tortillas from scratch. Mmmmm, hot off the stove with melted butter.... 🤤

Scottish tablet.....basically sugar with extra sugar added in, mixed with more sugar 😋

Its addictive, I go through phases if making it and eating far too much before swearing off it....even though it doesn't last long until I break and consume my weeks calories in one sitting 🤦🏼‍♂️
Lots of sugar, and butter too, right? OMG 🤤

I am fortunate that I have never had a sweet tooth. Candy, pastries, cake, chocolate, or pie, I don't care about, even prior to GLP1s. I'll have a piece of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving but I'm good after that. The sugar addiction is so common today, I'm glad to not have that dependency in life.

The largest sugar dependency in my house are the generations of humming birds I have at my multiple 30oz feeders. Most feeders require filling daily or every other day. It's crazy as they start to prepare for their journey south. We started with just a few birds 7 or 8 years ago but now, my 7 feeders are packed most mornings and evenings. They arrive in WI in May when we arrive and start to depart in a week or two. All will be gone by mid-September.

This describes my situation in regards to fast food. I am so glad that I never got into it.

Totally different story with sweets for me, unfortunately. there is not 1 specific one, but I have my phases, like the ice cream phase, the tiramisu phase, the chocolate bananas phase,...

I cannot give up alcohol for to long. Once or twice a month, I drink beer or wine. The problem with that is, once I have a drink I eat everything in the house. I putt on a lot of wieght and it takes 4-5 days to get back to where I was.
I drank 4 beers yesterday and jumped on the scale this morning, non weight day for kicks to see what I gained. I lost 3 damn pounds, I don't want to lose, but gain about 5lbs. @Skidude I'll see what my scale says tomorrow on my normal day.

Damn. I should try your diet. I could be down 30 lbs in a week. If 4 beers is 3 lbs, 40 beers should be 30 lbs!

I can drink 12 plus easy and not get a hangover, but rarely have anything but beer. I've always been like that. My intake is way down.

Funny how different people are. I can eat a giant meal. Then drink beer, 6 beers in an hour. Then I will be starving... I can eat 3 cheeseburgers or half a pizza. Then when I wake up in the am and be starving again. Eat the other half of the pizza. And hungery all day.

My stomach has decreased after 32 weeks on Reta I'm sure. I'm never really hungry, and don't eat half what used to.
