I have given up a lot of food - mostly those including cheese like mac and cheese, burger, anything super greasy- while on peptides (namely reta and GH secretagogues) because even a small portion can eat up daily caloric allowances....but the only thing I have not given up is fried chicken.

Like, I can remove the skin parts and eat the meats only. The meat texture is different from grilled or baked, right? A bit of compromise, but I am happy.

What is your "never gonna give you up" food?

Potatoes. Not that it's particularly unhealthy as such, but it's always been my comfort food.

It's not food but a candy for me. These "bullets" are my only source of something sweet after dinner. One is sour and one is salty. I buy them in boxes of 200 each and it lasts me 3 months or so. The good thing is that you can't have more than 2 of each maximum because your mouth would disintegrate from the sour and salty. It takes several minutes to eat one. They're like 30-35kcal each. Can't live without them 🤤

The one thing I will never give up, even if I become a full-blown diabetic, is Coca-Cola. I don't get to drink it as much as I would like but it's in my hillbilly blood and we will never part ways.

I need to try those. I wonder if I can find them in the US.

I gave it up in 2009, changed nothing else, and lost 30lbs. The last time it went past my lips was when I accidentally grabbed the wrong styrofoam cup at the gun club and drank out of my buddies gf's cup.

I give up all indulgence when I’m in go mode. Everything I eat is for a purpose.

Beer aka pork chop in a can...
Same, and a NY Strip steak.

The only thing I’ve completely eliminated from my diet is soda. I eat everything I always have, just less of it.
I couldn't tell you the last time I had a soda or pop as the weirdos up north call it. 😁

In the south it's a coke. No matter what you're drinking, Pepsi, grape soda, mountain dew, we all ask, "What kind of Coke do you want?"
