5’10-215lbs 49 yrs old
Week 1-2: 1mg
Week 3-4 1.5 mg
Week 4-7 2mg
Starting weight was 228lbs down 13 lbs
I pin tomorrow and was thinking about going to 3mg. I get very little to any food noise suppression. But I’m losing weight. Just frustrated that I still want to eat chocolate and drink beer all of the time! I do get fuller faster and have better control when eating but want that suppression. Any thought on going up to 3mg? Should I stick with my pattern and go to 2.5? Or should I add Tirz for the appetite control?
