In that context, the fact that Reta brought your appetite back may actually be a positive signal, not something to suppress too much. At the same time, I would monitor carefully which of the two makes more sense to prioritize when increasing the dose.
It is still difficult to tell whether Reta is more effective for you. The appetite increase suggests activity, but the overall response does not yet appear clearly stronger in terms of weight loss. It may simply be that your body is still adjusting.
Personally, I ended up choosing Tirz and will likely keep Reta for later, possibly to stack once I reach maintenance.
