This is a debatable topic. The directions on the vial say "store" at room temperature. But most people say, after 1st puncture (which seems different than "storage" to me) to keep it in the fridge. I keep mine in the fridge, just seems logical that it would keep better. I mean, you have to keep your peptides in the there after you mix them with bac, as far as "how long does it last? That's less debatable, it lasts 28 days once punctured, but I've read many times that researchers use it for months, I've even read years (lol) without any problems. I follow the 28 day rule and toss it, I just don't want any bacteria growth which could lead to rashes at the injection site or worse. ...But since it's all research, YMMV

All good points! There's much speculation about WHY Pfizer's directions are to store at room temperature, but no evidence that it's science-based. Another (completely unfounded) speculative explanation (of mine!) is that it's a marketing tactic to show hospital administrators that they won't need to buy and maintain refrigerators for it.

This is my only gripe with the 28 days... I only need 10mg vials (3mg, really) as I take tirz 60, but I will have to keep throwing them away and the only Hospira I can get is 30mg.

Pros - I'm still saving cash

Cons - I'm losing cash 😂
 
Somewhere I found and read a proper study that demonstrated some kind of degradation or other negative impact from storing BAC under refrigeration. I'll see if I can find it again and share.

Commercially available multiple-dose injectable drug products containing preservatives--atropine/phenol, lidocaine/methylparaben, cyanocobalamin/benzyl alcohol and diphenhydramine/benzethonium chloride--were divided into two groups, one to be maintained under refrigeration (5C) and the other to be maintained at room temperature (25C). In separate tests the multiple-dose vials (MDVs) were individually inoculated with the following organisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Serratia marcescens, and cultured to establish bacterial concentrations at 0, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 24 hours. Bacteria in the preservative systems tested remained viable significantly longer under refrigeration. (Data for diphenhydramine/benzethonium were not obtainable with the methodology used.) It is recommended that sterile medications maintained in preserved MDVs be stored at [sic] romm temperature after initial use (i.e., after exposure to possible contamination) unless drug stability considerations dictate otherwise."

我看到了,但不确定这会不会有什么改变,毕竟是同一种物质。就像你说的,最好能看到一些佐证数据。

与此同时,我今天下午刚打开并混合了一瓶Cagri,把Bac留在橱柜里了。 🙂

哈哈哈哈!!!!我也囤了不少.tirz,但零售的不多,真希望他们能卖120毫克的套装。
