I'm pretty new to peps so I thought I'd see if anyone else has had the same issue.
I picked up some peps through a new supplier. I've been using a 5/16" needle previously but with this new supplier the rubber stopper in the vial seems to go deeper into the bottle. I'm having to jam the needle in with quite a bit of pressure to get it past the stopper and be able to draw fluid. Half the time I bend the needle and have to start over.
My thoughts solution A - I've got some 1/2" needles on order but wondering if someone has run into this and found a solution. Solution B - I also have a couple used/empty vials (same peps) that I thought I might use my bigger reconstitution needle and pull out all the liquid in these pain in the ass vials and then put the liquid in the empty vials. Any issues with that route? Thanks in advance
