Help! I've got sudden onset turkey neck!!! What do you think the best peptide is to help with that? I've lost 30 lb and plan on losing 30 more but the turkey neck is starting to creep in.

I recommend working on your jawline to lift it. No peptide is going to tighten skin that way.

I get gum from Amazon that is made for it, but there are a few tools out there.

Do you have a link to such tools?

The gum helps with cravings sometimes as well.

I'm doing the lower face lift and neck lift to get rid of it. Korea/Turkey/Colombia/Mexico are all popular with medical tourism. My date is scheduled for October in Mexico.

Probably start with ChatGPT deep research (the model that runs around for a while really digging into questions) to get a list, have Gemini do the same thing, find the places that appear on both, then evaluate the sources used to come up with the list. If it’s all based on marketing crap from their websites and shill posts then I throw it out and come up with a new strategy.
you are serious? how much do they have to cut?

Yea, I've got turkey neck, too, and the only way to take care of it to the degree and permanence desired is plastic surgery. I have a facelift/necklift and mini-abdominoplasty scheduled for October here in the US. I really can't afford it, but the longer I wait, the less time I have to enjoy it.

There's not much that can be done for the neck unfortunately. Many people will only see real results from surgery or at the very least non-surgical thread lifts. You might see a slight improvement with topicals or microneedling. Botox can be an option, either plattsmal bands or a Nefertiti lift, but again it really depends on what is happening in your body to cause it, there is no one size fits all option.

My turkey neck is due to volume loss in my cheeks leading to jowls which led to crepey neck skin, so I don't think I'm a good candidate for botox. Since it's mostly from volume loss in my cheeks, filler may be an option to lift my jowls back up. I know this is the culprit for me because when I slightly lift my cheeks the jowls and turkey neck completely disappear. I'm also considering threads.

So far I've significantly upped my skincare game all the way down to my decolette, tried tretinoin, ghkcu, and estriol cream with minimal results.

I truly think plastic surgery is one of the only fixes for this. However, there are some jaw, exercise balls that supposedly helped with jawline lift and jaw hypertrophy (growing of the masseter muscles).

You can look on Amazon or jaw exercise

Mastic gum- works a treat for building a stronger jawline 🙂

You can google turkey neck and botox, depending on the severity it may work for you. I just barely have one that developed after I lost weight and am going to botox it. There's a subreddit subreddit - diycosmeticprocedures . Botox or the other tox's are between 100-250 dollars ordered from Korea.

I'm going to try that first, then if that doesn't work I am going to fly to Turkey and get me a real Turkey neck, and maybe some Turkey tits too 🙂

Wow, they are motivated. But they seem to (mostly) get good, safe results after a lot of research, including watching plastic surgeons do it on YouTube.

Some there even say botox is one of the easier DIY procedures, but to me it makes recon and filtering seem like child's play.

Of course, there are pics online of botched Botox from med spas, which is also eye opening (like when Botox done wrong causes a drooping eyelid).

Yeah, I don't have that kind of nerve at all! I've watched tons of videos and practice for three days injection saline under the skin of a chicken breast, but in the end I just couldn't do it to myself.

A lot of them come away with really good, subtle results, and they do only a little at a time. Apparently it is easy to come back days later for touch-ups. It's easier to add more later than to walk around with the results of a bad diy botox for a year.

After a few years of doing p3ps, I moved into the realm to DIY cosmet!cs. I was motivated for the same reason that p3ps were attractive: cost and control.
